Ciri seemingly spent her six months in Night City as a CORPO, seeing the world of Cyberpunk from above. A lot of people most certainly did not have a flying ship.
It only took 3 years to make the witcher 3 and they said that making it helped them be more effecient at making games like it and the wticher 3 was a huge success ie they have more reserves now.

You should look up a list of all the easter eggs for other games appeared in the witcher 3. Adding a small reference to their own previos game isn't that big a deal and wouldn't break anything, so long as this Ciri-character doesn't mention that she's from another world and just goes about her daily business in the Cyberpunk world.

Seriously, those voices and they way how they speak make it almost seem like I'm listening to real people. It would be interesting if we the player have an interaction with Ciri in the world of Cyberpunk 2077 or if they turn it into a side quest where we help Ciri get away from Eredin and the Wild Hunt in that world. As crazy as it sounds, wouldn't that be badass if the player can have an impact on helping Ciri survive?
It’s probably be more like the one side activity in RDR2. The one where you meet the widow and teach her how to survive the frontier. Except instead of the frontier this time it’s Night City.

Jokes aside, this is still an incredible Easter Egg.
It would be interesting if we the player have an interaction with Ciri in the world of Cyberpunk 2077 or if they turn it into a side quest where we help Ciri get away from Eredin and the Wild Hunt in that world. As crazy as it sounds, wouldn't that be badass if the player can have an impact on helping Ciri survive?

It’s probably be more like the one side activity in RDR2. The one where you meet the widow and teach her how to survive the frontier. Except instead of the frontier this time it’s Night City.

I've been reading the books and Dandelion has a similar quote, where he says in the future, he believes people will wage wars from distances, commenting how bows were the weapons of the future. You really see how much the writers/developers were adhered to the original work.
