I was watching videos on this scanner. One video said that after the 2 free updates, if you don't buy the new one for 500.00, instead of the scanner not updating and just working on the old software you will loose some of the features that were working and not just not just working on old software. I was looking to purchase a scanner and not just rent it!! Does it program modules? What bi-directional features does it have? One video showed that all the features on the screen work! One showed that where it asked if you wanted suggested help on a car all it did was go to google and nothing more. They said that it does not show you where connectors and or modules are located. When will you be updating this model and will it have some of the needed features mentioned? Why is it necessary for me to give all my information just to get it to work? I don't want to hook up to your computer so this unit should be self contained so you should not need this information or google information. This sound more like a lease considering it is less capable , not just not upgraded, after the updates are done. 500.00 for updates per year is higher then many others for updates per year. Tell me more of what I am getting to make it worthwhile. Thanks

My Captcha won’t show up, anyone have any ideas? No local and blockers on the network, all apps and tablet updated to current software. Just purchased and can’t seem to register due to this issue

You don’t but then you don’t get the full functionality of the android portion of the tablet..
