    What happens if the piston comes all the way out?
    And the boot has a cut in it.

      It could cause wear and allow water into the module. Should be replaced asap.

      Is it possible to replace the dust boot without taking the piston completely out ?@@LACALISWAG

      ​​​@@AlinMadalin23 Not with this caliper design. If you are wise, you change the pads in good time, then the piston and dust boot do not go out as far, better protection.

      @seriksson9721 yeah i changed them but when the piston went back in somehow it catched the boot and broke it..

      @@AlinMadalin23 I recommend a lot of silicone grease and using a spinning/ rotating motion when fitting the dust boot and piston. It's not quite easy, as you noticed.
