    How many days a week would you recommend hitting arms if they need to come up a fair bit? I am very torso dominant over limbs

      @Brennomac83 I'd still not recommend doing too many days. Try the one. Nail the exercises. See how that goes for a few weeks .. say 6. If you are unhappy. Up the frequency fractionally. So say arms are hit every 5 to 7 days atm. Then you can try every 4 days instead. Mostly comes down to what exercises you feel I find. I'm still learning too

      ​@@hollingshead89James did you ever try Dorians technique for triceps ?? It's a pull over extension,so you lie on a flat bench with a heavy dumb bell and instead of doing regular pull over you instead do extensions in that position,it's the exercise that gives the greatest stretch on the triceps that is possible,it's giving me days of doms after I do it 💪
