    The best dialogue was
    “Kabhi kabhi tou mujhe lagta hai kay subha uth kar mera naam yaad karti hogi kay kahin kisi aur ka naam na leyley.”
    “App muskuraiye na main apki baat karaha hoon”

    “Ghar se nikle he bazar mae ja bethi”. I cried while watching this episode of Mere paas tum ho. Just 3 characters, ordinary controversial story, yet so interesting. It’s the brilliance of the performances by the actors and outstanding dialogues that keeps you so enthralled. Well done team Mere paas tum hu!👍
    The most powerful scene of IShq Zahe naseeb was the argument between sameer and his mother. The whole tv screen showed the close up of Zahid Ahmed’s face. His facial expressions were brilliant. 👏Couldn’t take my eyes off his face. All our actors are so talented, when given a good project with a good director, they do wonders.

    I am currently watching Zara Yaad Kar by Khalil ur Rehman and it has the same dialogue "Jab biwi hath chhorakar jaane lage matlab wo pehle hi jaa chuki hai". Also I feel the way Mehwish asks for divorce and turns cold, and Danish agrees for divorce without showing his anger, is very similar to Mahnoor and Hadi's divorce in Zara Yaad Kar

    MPTH is not the regular drama but it seems will be full of surprises and turns. The promo mentions greed and the 50 million was mentioned more than once. The most refreshing bit is that there is no shouting, no slapping and powerful restrained performance by the lead actors.

And yes I also agree that whenever Mehwish comes back, Danish shouldnot forgive her on any terms whatsoever. That would be very unreal for me. Also the office conversation even made Shahwaar teary-eyed if anyone noticed :)

    I had a question about MPTH:
    When Shehwar is talking to Danish after presenting the pictures and phone recording, did anyone see his eyes glisten multiple times? It looked like he teared up a bit himself - Im not sure if its Adnan the man or Shehwar the character feeling a little for Danish and the extent of his love for Mehwish.

    • @i.creations7946
      @i.creations7946 Před 4 lety +8

      I noticed that too. I also was thinking whether it was Adnan or Shehwar. I think it is bit of both. Because even Shehwar couldn't help himself but to feel for Danish. Danish's words, expressions hit Shehwar hard.

    • @ipranjali
      @ipranjali Před 4 lety +4

      @@i.creations7946 Perhaps, a bit of both makes sense, actually. I may be reading a bit too much into this, but it's also the first time Shehwar appears slightly doubtful about the whole arrangement.

    • @rnaqvi3628
      @rnaqvi3628 Před 4 lety +5

    Amna was spot on about Mehwish! Only a cold hearted, unemotional, unfazed and greedy person can hurt their partner and child in this manner. Greed of money doesn't necessarily changes a person, it only reveals their true character. Loving the pace of story development. It's a matter of time that Mehwish will regret losing her loving partner. Yes I am all for forgiveness but she doesn't deserve forgiveness! Her realization would be also for selfish reasons. She would feel alone and betrayed by Shahwar. Hassan has this interesting ability to take note of miniscule stuff and reiterates the pivotal dialogues to connect the dots. Love how Amna raises valid questions and tries to understand the thought process behind character's actions and calls a spade a spade!

    Alif's plot is very clear, which is sirat al mustaqeem and sirat al mustaqeem is simply the path which is mentioned in Quran no matter if someone like it or not.... (with no offense with anyone plz)
    I have read the novel and most of the novels of Umera Ahmed are based on this.

    It would be amazing to have Hira Mani enter as Shewars first wife.. divorce him and marry Daanish with all her wealth. Boom.

      I don't think so
      As in description it's given Hira Mani is Rumi's school teacher and daughter of Danish's boss

    I like that Danish did not retaliate. At least we have example to let go gracefully without abusing each other..

    in alif, the entire message is about connection with Allah and how all the pivotal characters struggle with. Hassan's question about films refers to the TYPE of films momin makes, refer to what Abdul Ala says "tum jism ki numaish karte ho tabhi dunia tumhara tawaaf karti hai", this point will be elaborated further in the play.
    your reviews are so spot on! love love love watching them. if u are looking for a third person to join you in your reviews I beg u to choose me. great job both of u!

    Hasan, I know one such woman. She was my cousin's wife, after 7 years of marriage she ran away with a guy, leaving her her two kids and her husband. Unlike Danish my cousin is extremely rich (earned 25 lakh per month) he took her for World tour to 9 different countries still she ran away with a AC mechanic earning less than 10k a month.

    Ehd e Wafa has made us very much disappointed so far, really all the viewers are missing Shoaib Mansoor direction, and no doubt, if it was a PTV production, there would be a marvelous serial instead. But as Hum tv is involved in the process of Ehd e Wafa, we can see and feel the monotony of hum tv dramas.😢😢
