What type of knee pads were you using on the slider board? I have one at home and use it to practice my shuffles and t-pushes but would love to do the butterfly slides as well.

I resorted to making my own. I can't find anything like it. I made on with just regular chord and elastic chord that automatically springs back strung through a tennis ball.
