  • There is maybe no better excercise to learn the planche and planche variations than the planche lean. A perfect exercise for beginners but also advanced athletes. Key is to prolong the time of holding the planche lean and increase the angle - without hurting your wrists.
    It's important to do the initial steps correctly as your whole progress will depend on the foundation you set, That is why you must start at zero in the beginning and do each steps correctly before you lean.
    The planche lean is a fantastic exercise to train the upper back, arms, core and body tension in general. You will not only boost your progress with the planche but with any Calisthenics or Breakdance skill.

    I find this exercise very useful. The jump from tucked planche to straddle is just way to hard

    First I need to focus on Planche Leans? And only then when I will be able to hold Planche Leans at my waistline I can do Pseudo-Planche Push Ups? One more question about Pseudo Planche Push Up, I need to keep Scapulas protracted during descend? I will be grateful for your answer

    I have a natural Hyperextension in elbow.... My arms doesn't go straight ....does that mean i should avoid planche?

    • @VitalityFitnessScience
      @VitalityFitnessScience  Před 10 měsíci

      No, u can do it still without full stretched arms - not ideal but as long as it doesnt harm or hurt you everything is fine.

    What if my wrist hurts even after warm ups ?

    • @redheadallthetime
      @redheadallthetime Před 2 měsíci

      I believe that it will be less painful over time cause your body will adapt to the tension and increase the flexibility of your wrists

      That might always happen, but better warming up than not! Strongly reduced risk for sure. All the best, Viktor
