Love the ideas of l sips off books! I never tried the swimmer move with l sits looks like killer ab workout. Some of these moves remind me of learning bboy moves back in the day lol. Another great helpful video bro! Handstand is on my todo list!

Great, great video on basics I need to master. I love your clear explanations and, in separate videos, your logical progressions from zero to hero.
I'm a former athlete and long-term weight lifter-over 40 years. Pure natty. I've been doing bodyweight 1x a week/weight room 2x a week for variety and to save time since I can do calistenics from home. All I can say is that these moves are humblers! Tough pills for a strong person (They used to call me "Quadzilla" for my squat rack power) to swallow. But the only way up is via more hard work.
I'll get there, slow but sure.

My favorite is the elbow lever! Looks more difficult than it is plus you get that sensation of floating your body off the ground. Like a baby planche!
I just started calisthenics yesterday. I am trying to do this one. I learned a skill called the frog hold yesterday and can do it for 20 seconds. Today I have been trying to do the elbow hold for 4 hours and I haven’t been able to. If u guys have any tips plz tell me. I can’t get my feet off the ground.

I’m having a bit of difficulty with tucked dragon flag, not because I’m not strong enough, but because no object in my home that are fit for tucked dragon flag are heavy enough to hold me properly(I weigh in 96kg 😅)
Same man, I tried putting books / weights on my bed so it can hold me while doing the dragon flag on the floor but it's just not working lmao, I think a good solution would be to use a heavy couch and to grab the bottom of it

Dont worry man! These are also the harder of the ones I present in this video. Just keep training, the muscles and right technique will develop for sure!
