Are you pressing # in the end of the pin? I have been using it for a couple of weeks now and everything is working well. If you still face any issue, call Qubo helpdesk.
I would suggest you to call QUBO Helpdesk to resolve it.
What will happen if the device starts malfunctioning and you are outside the door. Is there any way to open the door?
In that case, I will call Qubo support team. I hope this does not happen to my lock 😎
