- Vermicelli Cake
The Vermicelli I used is made with Durum wheat semolina, sold in all grocery stores. It’s a bit harder and easier to work with. The key to get tasty product when cooking with milk is slow cooking and constant stirring. Happy cooking.
Ingredients:
2 Lbs. Vermicelli
5 cans Evaporated milk.
2 cans sweeten condense milk.
¼ lbs. unsalted butter
2 tbls almond essence
3 heaped tbls Almond powder
½ nutmeg grated
3 stick cinnamon
½ lbs. cherries/raisin.
