It seems doubtful disarming Rittenhouse was actually Rosenbaum's intention. Rittenhouse also went all over the place, lying and implying he was a certified EMT. He even said he didn't want to kill Rosenbuam. It's just interesting that even though Rittenhouse didn't want to kill Rosenbaum, he didn't call 911 or provide medical aid to Rosenbaum after he was shot by Rittenhouse. Did the prosecuter ask Gaige why he was carrying an illegal and concealed firearm? There was at least one other rioter who had a gun and he also used it but fortunately no one got shot.
The prosecutor wasn't bothered. Rittenhouse was refusing to answer a yes/no question because the prosecutor had caught him in what is called a logical fallacy. Rittenhouse's attorneys had obviously prepared him well for that situation, and instructed him not to give a yes/no answer to certain questions--and this was one of them. It's any attorney's job to turn up the heat on the witness to get them to crack and give up the answer, because any good attorney already KNOWS the answer. So you are misunderstanding the entire process if you think the prosecutor was just taking shots in the dark. Rosenbaum was unhinged the entire evening, he made death threats, he ambushed and chased after kyle because he got angry his dumpster fire was extinguished, kyle tries to deter him from chasing him further, if Rosenbaum would have surrender he would have stopped his pursuit of kyle, yet he kept charging towards him, kyle gets between two cars which slows him down, rosenbaum gains the distance and when Kyle turns around again Rosenbaum is almost at his feet lunging at his weapon, if he would have got a good grip on the barrel he could have easilly wrestled kyle down to the ground and kill him or cause grave bodily harm to him, you can perfectly kill someone with your hands and feet. now to Huber who basicly attempted to cause grave bodily harm to kyle be swinging a skateboard at his head, i'm sure you'd agree with me that getting a skateboard swung at your head could cause significant harm, possibly brain damage, after Huber swing a second time he also lunges towards Kyle gun, forcing Kyle again to defend himself by shooting huber in the chest, or very possibly get severely beaten and possible killed, i doubt he had even time to register where that bullet would hit Huber. and Grosskreutz then immediatly advances on him with his gun in 1 hand, Kyle sees that and proceeds to raise his weapong because there is litteraly someone with a gun in his hand coming towards him, Grosskreutz then raises his hands and feigns surrender, Kyle is then in the process of lowering his own weapon while grosskreutz starts aiming his gun at Kyle's head and steps closer, which prompts Kyle to raise his weapon back up while he was in the process of lowering it, not knowing if Grosskreutz was going to fire or not, he then shot grosskreutz as soon as his weapon is back up, if he didn't shoot he might very possibly be the one with a bullet in his head, so he had to make a split decision on life or death, Grosskreutz can say all he wants that he wasn't gonna shoot him, but kyle doesn't know Grosskreutz thought process at that moment, from Kyles point of view is that of being chased by a mob while being attacked from multiple sides, all attempting to harm him, and then he get a gun pointed at his face after he started lowering his, would you have just stood their and just hope you wouldn't get shot in the face? or let your skull be smashed in with a skateboard? or being wrestled to the ground and possibly get beated to death by some unhinged person?
The people that are saying he is guilty are brain-dead liberal sheep being led by a bunch of moronic demons in the White House that want to ruin this country forever

It would seem like stealing an AR-15 from someone (who has it not in the back of their pants or in a holster, but *strapped* around their body with a sling) would be pretty difficult.
There's nothing criminal about that kind of disregard for life, and I understand why Rittenhouse was afraid of the people shouting, “get him!” - I just found all of that intriguing…
@@SchnellTim you dont need to prove anything about Rosenbaums intent, he isn't on trial. Most clear-cut, high-profile case of self-defense in recent memory. If you only analyze the relevant facts and not all of the other irrelevant surrounding distractions about his wisdom in being there or his “crossing state lines,” then you know he was completely justified in his actions. It’s ridiculous that this came to trial. The ONLY thing that they could legitimately get him on is underage possession of a firearm. Even though he was illegally carrying, Wisconsin law states that using a gun for self-defense in potentially life-threatening situations is permissible, even if possession of the gun itself is illegal.

Friendly!,” though I guess arsonists would not consider him a “friendly” if he was trying to put out fires that they started. Rittenhouse's attorneys had obviously prepared him well for that situation, and instructed him not to give a yes/no answer to certain questions--and this was one of them. It's any attorney's job to turn up the heat on the witness to get them to crack and give up the answer, because any good attorney already KNOWS the answer. i don't see how anyone who has paid attention to this trial can say Kyle was not acting in self defense.
