- After accusing me of being a fake and lying about my videos, this streamer really went on and FAKED a disability!
This behaviour has no place in Dead By Daylight or on Twitch as a whole, and the TTV in question should be ashamed of their actions.

UPDATE: Apparently the lying about having a disability was a ploy to make me look worse... In the streamer's own words: "I pretended to tell him what he thought was something personal, a confession, a juicy story, and what does he do? TURNS around and makes content about it!". So, she pretended to have tourettes so she could confess to me privately that it was a lie in order to catch me out... Makes sense, I guess? If you come across this person, just ignore them. Don't give them the attention they so clearly crave. I, for one, am now done with her.

For real though heating prices in the uk went up quite substantially recently, so a lot more people are doing what Aaron did here and just wearing warmer clothes rather than use heating.
Our heating went up by about £200 which in usd is $240

I feel like going to those lengths to mock someone's accent is almost discriminatory. It's the definition of an ad hominem fallacy, can't attack the argument so they attack the person. Don't get me wrong, accents are fun. However using them in a derogatory way is not cool. To me, it's the context of this accent use in a mocking way that makes it borderline discriminatory. If you substitute other countries' accents in here you get to understand what I mean.

Update on this streamer: One of my viewers is one of her friends, and she apparently lied to the rest of the friend group and they all decided to shut out my viewer. She is an awful person. Also he only informed me she actually dropped a very racial slur and another slur in her stream, and he had to tell her about it, which resulting to her ending stream and deleting the VOD. Not to mention I went by one of her streams and she was playing Rocket League and she is very very angry and shouldn’t a streamer.

This whole situation has been a roller coaster of emotions. But as someone (let a lone a male) diagnosed with a rare disorder (borderline personality disorder) it's so hurtful and sickening to see people fake disorders, for clout, lolz, etc. Thank you for doing what you do to spread light and positivity and as well call out behavior that just doesn't need to be tolerated.
Yes! People that do this are so insensitive. Not only is it extremely offensive, but it also brings a bad look towards people with the disability. Whether that be through misrepresentation or distrust. How would you feel if you were an individual diagnosed with tourettes, and someone told you that you were faking it? Unfortunately this is a reality because so many people have pretended to have tourettes that others don't believe the people who actually have it.

I have a lisp and I stutter ALOT. My speech wasn’t good as a kid but I’ve gotten better. That was my disability. Makes me annoyed because they say they have a lisp and you can tell they’re faking it.

14:00, as someone with mild Tourettes and majority of it being anxiety induced, it truly does make me mad when people lie about shit like that. As it got worse I stopped streaming, had to learn how to explain it to people, partners, jobs etc that I’m not on drugs “mentally challenged”, etc you name it. Not much really phases me in regards to it now but it truly is frustrating at times to hear rumors, be asked questions about it that are just outright stupid and spending mental energy trying to control it when I’m in public. I appreciate you speaking up about what people like that actually have to go through. It’s not fun.

coprolalia is where you swear and form sentences, you have to have vocal and motor tics to be diagnosed, but not all vocal tics are swears like stated before, most tics are noises, one of mine is clearing my throat.

As someone in this community with mental health problems, it's really people like her that make this game notorious for a bad community not people like Aaron. And even if Aaron WAS toxic in a game, that gameplay does not correlate to having poor or negative opinions about people who are LGBTQ+ or people of other nationality or anything like that. You can play a video however you like, it's a game. How you treat people when the game is over is what you need to base opinions of people on, not how they play the game itself.

The stuff you do in games especially online multiplayer games does or at least can correalte with a lot of stuff.
As for one of your examples I just want to remind you about the whole bubba affair regarding the Claudette masks. There was a reason why they removed the masks and it was because some killer players could convey a racist message by their in game actions.
Also you see how the streamer in the (previous) video was exposed for how she played and well I mean we all can see how she reacts outside of the game as well so.....

Its okay to trash talk; if you keep it to yourself. When you are alone and no one is around then sure, voice your anger, voice your frustration. Some people are just verbal, as their inner monologue is just outer.. the issue is that if you are streaming it, or messaging the person all this frustration and hate, then it's no longer "to yourself" it's now just being mean
I think it’s ok to do if it’s more so in a humorous among friends type way and they know hands down you are just joking. These 2 I never got that impression
I am an outward venting person. I trash talk alot when I am alone. However I just recently started a new tactic that is helping me be much more positive, and is actually improving my gaming abilities. When I feel like I wanna trash talk someone, I find a single compliment for them instead. To keep myself positive. If I get negative I play worse. So by doing this one thing of complimenting someone, I have drastically improved my gaming.
Just a simple. "I like your outfit." Or "Your username is neat." "You did that gen really well." "That was great looping." Anything to break the negative cycle. It works wonders really.

As someone who suffers from Anxiety Ticks, I can only Imagine how upsetting this video must be for someone who has Tourette's. My anxiety ticks are no where near as severe as someone who has Tourette's, and it saddens me that anybody would fake such a terrible disease.

Fun story: My aunt is a pediatrician. During residency, when she was on OBGYN rounds, she was checking on a baby they named Shithead, pronounced exactly as Aaron did. They heard someone else pronounce a word like that and didn’t stop to think about how it was spelled. They were horrified when she looked at the chart and asked “ You named your baby shit head?!”

This is one of the few places on the internet I feel comfortable sharing my opinion without being bullied for it and everytime Aaron has responded to one of my comments he's always kind and open minded on whatever the topic is and the conversation has always been positive.
