Aow Mommy bathong, you are doing an amazing job👌🏾🤗.
I have a 3 n half year old son also diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy, Spastic Hemiplegia. His non verbal aswell, his been in therapy since he was a year old, so I know for sure there will be more diagnosis with time since he does not speak yet , he also has digestive issues(not yet diagnosed) , his eyes tend to cross when he concentrate on something for too long( not yet diagnosed) he doesnt sleep yoh🙆♀️ he ddnt evn nap today but still up 11pm 😅😅. He is a smarty pants this guy, hilarious and all sorts of dramatic 😆 Like wen he fan himself to sleep with a piece of paper or his new obsession with boxes of spices ( he js take them out of the cardboard the entire day) 🤣 i can just go on and on about him... I love him to bits. I left my job to freelance n making a fraction of my previous salary so that I am there with him 24/7. Eventually wen he falls asleep tonight(hopefully) I begin night shift, the nanny take over in the morning... Its expensive, its demanding (undivided attension), requires a lot of patience, a lot of a sacrificing, but id chose him over and over and over again my lil Kgosietsile ☺️
You are doing a great job mommy 😘
Hi Kgosi
I hope you well. I’d love to connect with you, there’s a program I’m busy with that I believe you’d love ❤️
Strength to you mommy. You doing an amazing job too. 🤗
❤️❤️❤️
This comment 🥺
I salute you mommy🙌🏽❤️
My little sister has CP. She's also non verbal and can't walk. But she's such a lady, loves herself, very neat and clean. She can stand or walk while holding on to things like the couch or wall. Can bathe herself, dress herself, goes to the toilet by herself, feeds herself, pretty much everything. She does need assistance here and there. She has a heart of gold. She's so perfect in every way. So selfless, loving and caring. Never a dull moment when I'm with her, she's such a comedian😂. She's 22 years old now. My mom has taken care of her unassisted for all those years. My youngest sister whose 14 now is also epileptic..So I salute every woman out there taking care of a special needs child, it's not easy at all. Much love to all of u Mommies ❤️❤️❤️❤️
This is so heartbreaking. Nothing beats a mother’s love to be honest.
I like how she speaks of the father of her child..the fact that she is not even bitter that they have separated..and I commend the father for taking care of his child.
She is a beautiful lady..very kind too
Ayanda you’re so strong you know sometimes we just overlook what you went/ go through as a mother but I’m proud of you. You’re very strong ❤️❤️❤️
This lady is so down to earth...i pray God grant them strength to continue taking care of their son...love and light to her..❤❤❤❤i am glad that the father is also there for the both of them...especially financially....i salute them...🤗🤗🤗🤗
I hate that dilly dally from doctors, I don't know why it's so hard to just come out with the diagnosis already. Anyways it gets better mommy, out of nowhere it just works itself out. Last year November we were speaking in 1/2 letter sentences, overnight it turned into full(ish) sentences. He has just helped me bake cupcakes now, he runs his own bath water, decides on his own meals, finally started sleeping in his room, he is able to express himself and his needs better. All of this huge turnaround started happening now in January 2022, he is a completely different person from the one he was in November 2021. My point is, it gets better.❤️❤️❤️
It does !🤗
I know this lady she is so down to earth we stayed in the same flat in pretoria and she was working at Avbob
Yoh, sitting here with my child dealing with food allergies, and struggling to grow. This woman’s story touched me deep.
I really think in life you are only given what you can handle. Her and her son’s father are doing such a great job
Bakithi ♥️🥺, you can tell she loves her child with her all.
You look beautiful ladies 🥰
Listening to you brought back memories. I went through this. Raised a child with cerebral palsy. I knew from day one that he was a CP. More diagnoses followed, he fed through a peg, had epilepsy, multiple scoliosis, we used to suction at home and ended up using home oxygen. He died when he was 8. May his soul RIP.
I know it's not easy ... May the good Lord bless the both of you, be with you and give u strength. Much love and respect ❣️
Hugs of love and comfort to you MissP.
Thank you my sister❤️
You embraced your gift with grace MissP 🙏

Love and light ❤️
Yoh guys, things that really hurt people are comments more than anything. So please let's learn to mind our business and be kind to one another ❤
The key word that I got from this episode of Unpacked is ,"Sacrifice " and Loving your chid. Ayanda I feel your pain dear. May you find strength and solace in the name of our great Lord.
A very beautiful strong mom, who loves her son so much, I'm so proud of you doll💝
Love and light to you Ayanda, you're such an incredible mother. I'm a mother too and even though mine has no special needs it is hard being a parent so getting a glimpse into your parenting was eye opening. You're doing an incredible job.
I'm so proud of u my sister...u are such a loving and strong mother💖💖
Ayanda you are an amazing mom, Keep up the good work, May the lord give your all the strength to raise your boy, Was crying throughout watching this😢
The father must get her a full time nanny. This lady deserves love and happiness too. Her child can’t be her only life. My heart goes out to her 💔
They no nanny which can replace a mother especially if the child needs special care.
@@damariszuckschwert9489 A nanny will give her a break whenever she needs it. If you’re a parent you’d understand that time to yourself is also needed. Otherwise she will fall into depression.
This woman’s life is not balanced. Love and light to her.
What an amazing woman and Mother Amanda is ? 💕💕 I'm so inspired by her strength and resilience.
Beautiful mom with a loving soul , soft spoken and May God continue giving you strength to raise him & thank you for sharing your story 🙏♥️
You’re doing a great job Mommy, don’t be too hard on yourself ❤️
She is so honest with herself. huggies and kisses sis😍😍😍
You are such a loving mom; your light is shining. May God continue to strengthen your heart of love.
I remember going for fetal anomaly tests while pregnant with my son at 22 weeks. Never knew that test was so detailed. I learnt a lot in that appointment. My results were fine and baby had no indicators for CP or other disabilities. Fast foward I have a healthy active 3 year old however I still wish they taught us about these tests before you fall pregnant cos I had no idea it was an option. I think it should be compulsory in all hospitals so you can at least get yourself mentally ready for when a complication is found with your baby.
Cerebal palsy can't be diagnosed before birth
I just hope for a world where people are sensitive with everything, because the thing that don't look "right/normal" affected the person going through the more you can imagine. Let's ask less questions especially if we know we not gonna help, comments and funny stares makes life even more difficult
The questions when someone is going through hard things are worse
What a woman. Dammit man ♥️
Thank you Ayanda, for sharing your beautiful story! You truly love your son! ♥️
May the good Lord renew ur strength dear thank you for coming on the platform it has opened me up and hopefully others to learning and cautious when approaching certain matters
My boy (8 years old) was diagnosed with autism at 2 . It has been hard especially accepting the condition. It brought challenges to my relationship with his father but I am glad we managed to pull through. He is my world…and we can feel his absence when he is visiting my mom. The support from my family also played a huge role. We are starting to speak now. His vocab has improved a lot. I salute you mommy….you are doing a great job
Sesi u are strong, God will see you through
Being a mother is not an easy job
My daughter is 6 turning 7 in july she started to walk when she was 2 and half years they did ct scan checking what is wrong why at that age not walking not talking but they couldn't find anything
Her development is still slow but shes now able to speak walk but here and there she still struggling even her therapist suggested that she must go to special school now am still trying to find her school but its a struggle
Two years back the doctor we went to said she didn't get enough oxygen and i dont even know what is the cause and now i remember when i was in labour they told me she did no.2 inside me but they didn't explain what was the cause and effects of that
Am still looking for school for her
Strength & Love mommy, you are doing a great job.

Love and light to you mommy... May God renew your strength with each new day 😇🙏
Ayanda definately deserves to be loved, she is dealing with a lot and is still smiling through it all. More strength to her ❤
My niece also has autism. Not diagnosed but all the sympoms are the same. Stay strong my sister❤❤❤
This resonates with me so strongly. We had diagnosis before then, but still it takes too long to get the right support. I hope your son is well xox
Sad to hear someone who has gone through so much for something they did not have any power over the situation. I applaude this lady for having much courage to bare all challenges at a young. I pray and wish that nobody ever experiences such with their first fruit and neither at all. Yhoo this episode left with a part of my heart but I am glad she drew strength and comfort raising her child regardless of his condition. I salute you woman.
Beautiful ladies in the building🔥🔥
God bless you sis Ayanda,my tears are welling up

Hey Lebo and our beautiful guest
Power and strength to you dadewethu 🙏 🤲
You're doing great, you deserve a break you deserve to be taken care of as well every now and then. I pray you find a partner who will love your son as much as you do so that it doesn't feel like you're dividing yourself to two people. ♥️💐
Wishing Ayanda all the strength
i wish my sister and my mom can tell their story of raising a disabled child and how to change your mindset as a working mom..... most stories moms had to quite they jobs to take care of baby and my mom didn't my sister took courage to find a job even though she had a disabled child....... #lovethemthesame
My brother is epileptic and can't speak properly at home it's quite a struggle I can only imagine the struggle she is going through I hope she takes him to school to learn sign language
C. P is only diagnosed after 2 years... Before that it is not regarded as C. P.
Eishhh, I can relate. The comments of family members😭😭😭😭
I LOVE YOU
Abo stufuza abahle💜
**Hugs**
I know the pain
I wonder whether the doctor didn't name because not fully diagnosed the child or maybe not to shock the new mom ?
She had a C-section because there was something wrong during labour, as a result he acquired C. P. It's sad that this happened with her first child.
And no, not all babies know how to feed at birth, some "normal" babies struggle for about 2 weeks.
She had a C-section because she has placenta abruptio which was caused by the high blood so that’s why they did the C-section. I had placenta abruptio in 2016 when I was 35 weeks pregnant with our second son. I don’t know what causes CP but I think due to the abruptio oxygen was limited or cut off to the baby and not having oxygen affects the brain.
Love and hugs to her. Our son was born without a heart beat. My ObGyn prayed and he was resuscitated back to life and blessed us with 15 days of his life in NICU.
@@faithsdollsville2662 Thank you for your timely response, I hope to be that kind of ObGyn one day, with God's help.
@@jaiyaalexandra144 oh wow! That is one of the most honourable profession according to me. Having to take care of a woman’s womanhood and taking care of her baby from utero to birth. May you be the best ever with successful stories. ❤️
@@faithsdollsville2662 Hi, do you know what causes placenta abruption? Or what caused yours? 😣 Just curious coz I was so afraid it might happen during my pregnancy... my waters broke at 31 weeks though but baby is ok.
@@MalindiPearl placenta abruptio is not one of those things that can happen to just anyone. It can be caused by high blood pressure in pregnancy(not all pregnancies where mom has high blood pressure).
Trauma to the stomach during pregnancy like on the case of pregnant mother being involved in a car accident.
And smoking during pregnancy.
From Google 👇🏼
What is the most common cause of Abruptio placenta?
Risk factors in abruptio placentae include the following: Maternal hypertension - Most common cause of abruption, occurring in approximately 44% of all cases. Maternal trauma (eg, motor vehicle collision [MVC], assaults, falls) - Causes 1.5-9.4% of all cases. Cigarette smoking.
I cant believe Doctors are so incompetent why couldn't they diagnose the baby at birth ? 3 yeras is long time for something they all knew
