10 MIN BASIC HIIT - killer High Intensity routine, standard exercises I Pamela Reif

  • Burn lots of calories & tone your muscles with a BASIC HIIT workout. This might get you to your limits but… the music is amazing! ♥︎ / Werbung
    Woooop woooop, I already know our previous 10min HIIT by heart (including the songs). So I was desperate for a new version :D
    This workout is:
    1. HIGHLY EFFECTIVE
    Super intense full body movements, training almost every muscle in your body. Paired with a high heart rate non stop = burning calories, burning fat, increase your metabolism, tone your muscles
    2. FILLED WITH BASICS
    Nothing too fancy, nothing too dancy. Ask your male partner to join! They won't need to shake their hips for this one.
    2. a mix out of „HARD MOVEMENTS" and "ACTIVE BREAKS".
    You will find Planks in between all the High Knees and Jumps. Almost feels like a break, but don't forget to keep the core strength!
    3. HIGH ENERGY.
    For some reason it doesn't drag me down - but rather gives me MORE energy!
    As usual: NO LUNGES.

    If you struggle or need a break: don't worry about it. Take a small rest, get something to drink & continue once you're ready :) most important is that you don't quit and push yourself.
    ▸ Depending on your fitness level, height and weight you will burn between 70-130 kcal.

    Women, I lost about 11 kgs by working out with Pam. I never thought I could lose this amount of weight in my wildest of imaginations, but here I am! A few months ago I had layers of tummy and now I have line abs! All of the credit goes to Pam and her stories. Watching her work out every day is inspiring and those poll questions of whether you are gonna work out today are the reason I do it even if I don’t feel like.
    All I wanna say is, DO. NOT. QUIT. Those abs are a few Pam videos away😌

      I couldn’t do it at first when it appeared in the enjoy cardio video but now I can. I did a modification of two shoulder taps and then a plank jacks as fast as I could and then after a few times it just clicked.

    3:18 - Pam did that thing that I do after the mountain climbers; I go into a pike for like a second then I do plank. I only do that because of the pain I be feeling after the climbers

    I have been training with Pam since April 2020. Never once took a break from the plans. Now sadly life got messed up and I wasn’t able to train in the past few weeks … I also won’t be able to do it for a while. And I watch at all the video she posts and I MISS it so much, I feel so empty without the workouts😂 I feel like sometimes it was the only thing making me happy.
    I can’t wait to be able to train again, I am just afraid of losing my resistence 😭😭 I used to do 45 min sweat plan and feel like I could do more and now I’m scared I won’t even be able to do the 30 min plan 😬😭

      I had to pause as well for two weeks and the first workouts after the break were hard but after a few sessions I got my strength back. So don’t worry. Although it’s gonna be hard at first you’ll rebuild your muscles pretty fast :) good luck with everything

      Hey hope you´ll read this!First of all I´m sorry for you but you don´t have to be scared. Your body will remember really fast after making this pause. Really it´s easy to rebuild if you already were trained. And I´m sorry, I know this feeling, Pams videos just make me happy. But maybe you can do some of the stretch vids and focus on what you eat. This also gives me so much energy and satisfaction. Hope you get better soon.

    what i really really love about your videos is that they are so hard in the beginning but get so much easier over time! for example, i thought that the 10min HIIT was one of your hardest videos at first but as you said, it got really chill in the meantime, so i’m happy to get a new killer routine, Pam! ❤️

      Well I can’t say the same thing about myself… I’ve tried the 10 min hiit that starts with Jason derulos song (let me take u dancing) soooo many times. Still I take many breaks and struggle in breathing. And this video is the same as that 10 min hiit video. I still struggle the same😓😭

      For me this one is harder than the 10 min hiit, bc the old vid had lots of planks and dolphin holds where as this one has a really annoying amount of burpees 🤡😔

    omg i nailed the jumping jacks for the first time without breaks. I used to always be able just to do 5 or smth and now I did it for the first time 😱.     honestly, this is one of the best workouts I've encountered for myself! I really appreciate the fact that there's no breaks in between, because whenever there is, I just feel like I'm exercising from break to break and not focusing on the work itself... I was excited to try something new for myself and I am really glad that I found this channel!

    Week 34 day 1...so glad we had choices today. I did this workout since its a little more challenging than Best Of and I did the aerobics video because I refused to do the 15 min high intensity workout haha

    Thank you, Pam! This one is what I've been looking for!! I love simpler and at the same time equally effective routines. Don't get me wrong, I adore almost all your workouts(cause during some I die)) but sometimes it's hard to focus on musles and body when you're struggling to copy that complex moves

    The first time I see the Spider Jump exercise in an exercise I have to do . Thanks Pam for putting it in the video !! Really with Pam I see what exercises I never saw , I think you reinvent the exercises to give it a more fun and original way 💞
