I don't like to criticize such an informative video but it could be half as long. When one already understood what you are doing, you could speed up or go to the next step instead of repeating the same thing over and over again. I'm sorry to tell you but these videos are one of those reasons for the 2x. I really do not say it to annoy you but because I like the content. Good luck!
And you also have the ability to speed it up by moving the bar instead of complaining.
@@BonnieTripi-wb3dh I can do both.
@@ARichlisooooo snappy!!! 🦞🦞🦞.
I don’t think she’s complaining, Just suggesting🙂
Some criticism but w/good intentions (likes hers) should be appreciates instead.
Didn’t mean to come in the between/or- offending🙂
Have a nice day😊everyone.
I like it the way it is
May be tasty, but it’s anything but quick.
Not exactly a "ground beef trick", is it? More like a lengthy recipe.
EXACTLY! There ain't nuthin' quick about this dish...🤣
I'm just getting tired watching her
@@msmiller57maybe in Korea this is quick
Two batches in six minutes plus two for the sauce? I’ve been cooking for fifty years and this is fast! Tell me how to do this faster…
Essentially making meatloaf then forming into patties. Boiling in water will dissolve away the salt and other flavors - don’t understand that step. Deep frying them looks tasty though.
I absolutely love Deutschland, but the food is nitch, einfach!,,❤to prepare,
Absolutely amazing way to treat minced beef. Looks so delicious that I wish I was at your house for dinner.
I won’t deny this looks tasty, but it is definitely not “quick” 😂
Way outside my definition of quick.
That's a lot of grease
She was using 1 burner...
I was thinking the same thing...that's a lot of work for a "quick recipe!
Where's the trick? Boiling the meat paddies in water?....
I think you forgot to show that you added a small amount of flour or cornstarch to the egg and milk mixture? It didn't end up looking like only eggs mixed with milk plus a little seasoning. It looks like something to thicken it slightly was added
That was my first thought! Probably cornstarch? Will thicken the mixture and give a crunchy exterior to the patties.
semolina is what makes it thick.
Yea I was waiting on the name of the thickener and how much. I also think this is way too long to show simmering ground beef in water then dipping them and frying them. But it did look tasty.
Semolina is a flour used to thicken this. @@joeysmom2663
If only you had followed the on screen instructions to turn on subtitles in your preferred language. I know being fully attentive for eight minutes is SO HARD!!
I used the subtitles and the experience was fantastic!! You ought to try it sometime.
Something my mom does, is she prepares the meat like she is preparing meatloaf but she makes patties. She browns one side of the patties then flips the burgers adds two cups of water and puts a lid on. She steams the burgers for around 10 minutes. COMPLETELY DIFFERENT FLAVOR , one of my favorites and I wouldn't eat this in a bun or put anything on it, it's great with mashed potatoes.
Sounded fine until you said she added 2 cups water and steamed for 10 min. All the flavor goes out into the water. You don't want that. I don't think this recipe is that great either. Searing seals in juices and flavor. Cooking in water does the opposite. Not to mention adding all the calories by frying liquid bread dough in grease?
@@christineveazey3705 I'm a very cook cook, I hate boiling meat because of what you just stated. I fry my Hebrew Natrionals, I fry my burgers, but the recipe with the two cups of water is fantastic, I absolutely love it. I highly recommend it, if you don't want to give it a try, that's not my loss. I hope you give it a try. AGAIN, this isn't a hamburger, this is on the plate with some mashed potatoes.
@@tomgoffnett5624 OK, I'll try it.
steamed burger patties remind me of bad cafeteria burgers?
Thats exactly the way I do my burgers brown each side then steam 10 min. so much better and tender than frying with no water and lid.
Love how they compliments BEFORE people even tried...Silly comments..
Tasty? Maybe. Quick? No. Healthy? No. Wasteful? Certainly.
Thank you for this interesting , new-to-me, cooking demonstraton; unusual, and tastefully tempting to prepare soon!🍴🍴
Basically chicken fried steak, with ground beef
I'm too carnivore for this recipe, so I'll replace the semolina with ground up pork rinds.
Haha
Me too!!! 😂
Today is my day #62 on my all carnivore journey. 😉😊
Ésa mezcla tiene mucho desperdicio, igual gracias bendiciones ❤
Thank you.
Cannot wait to try alongside steamed long grain rice with the gravy on top.
Very similar to a meal my mom used to make.
Anything goes with mashed potatoes. One of my favorite meals is hamburger cooked in patty, how ever adorned . Steamed broccoli just cooked to slightly crisp. And potatoes. Yummy
The best part of this video was the rubber band around the wrist of the disposable cooking gloves.
Thank you four your tyme
Geez, sounds like many of you got out of bed on the wrong side!
WOW… what part of this was quick?
The part where I hit the 'arrow' for the next video!
The part where it gets eaten.
The video was quick. Only 8 minutes compared to 30 minutes making these.
Umm, isn't something missing around 4:00 - namely, adding flour or starch into eggs to make batter? But the idea to first boil briefly those patties and only then fry them in batter is interesting...
@@suseyq4559 Well, anyone who ever tried to fry anything will recognize the consistency of the batter - just like that for _Äpfel im Schlafrock_ ...
Is the nail polish food grade ?
Jajaja 😂
Put those cooked cutlets in a baking pan and pour the tomato sauce over and bake at 350 F for 30 minutes then add parmesan cheese and provolone and back into the oven for 5 or so minutes until cheese is melted. Serve over a bed of your favorite pasta like spaghetti.
Those aren't cutlets. Ground beef.
The best part of a burger is the browned beef which has been fried in the skillet. And salt.
There had to be flour in that batter.
grated carrot on pizza's try it my envention bored 1 night :) yum dash Worcestershire sauce
Interesting technique. This would be great for parties and summer get-togethers.
Much quicker and easier to scramble the eggs fully BEFORE adding milk.
Chicken fried burgers instead of chicken fried steak. Looks so delicious. Mmmmm
What's the point of boiling them first??? To keep them moist???
Boiling would do the opposite, and dry them right out.
I've seen people boil hamburger before, on those TikTok videos where they destroy food in all kinds of creative (and revolting) ways.
I BBQ my burgers and they are the bomb. They take less time, and make less mess.
Water and Oil go together so well. It just makes it more interesting when you drop them into the oil.
Look so delicious. ❤
Tasty? Yes. Anything with paprika and thyme in it has to be tasty. QUICK? not so sure, but I'm trying this recipe anyway. Looks wonderful.
Yummy recipe thanks for sharing my friend 😋😋❤

Love it,nice tutorial, thank you, for the nice tips,
So basically Chicken fried steak..Excellent 💯
These seem very similar to what we call "chicken fried steak" in America, which are delicious, as these appear to be as well. However, for a simple burger, nothing beats plain ole ground beef shaped into patties and fried or grilled with all the fixings on a hamburger bun (mayonaise, mustard, ketchup, lettuce, onion slices, tomatoes, and pickles - all added by preference).
I never understood why they called us chicken fried steak. There’s no chicken in there.
@@danr5239 It is referring to how it is prepared and cooked like fried chicken. That is, the beef "pattie" is dipped in a batter, (usually eggs and cream or milk mixed together) and then it is dredged in flour or breadcrumb and fried, like fried chicken. Thus chicken fried steak. 😋
Yeppers
Gotta agree. This sauce looks better than ketchup, but otherwise, give me a standard cheeseburger with quality ingredients and condiments.
Or salsbury steak with an extra step
Hello, I hope you are well this dish is super good can you cook it at home at my place , thank you very much miss .👋👋💞 hiiiii Charente-Maritime, France
Oh ... I get it ... ... HELLth food! And I'm thankful to be watching, 'quick kitchen,' as opposed to 'slow kitchen.'
qué riquísima. en España le llamamos carne picada, lo relativo a moler tiene otro significado
You used a very unique whisk, what brand is it and where can I find one? Thank you.
Lived in West Germany for a short 3 years. Learned that they love, love sausage…looks consistent with my experience there. This looks wonderful. Thank you for sharing. From northern Kentucky
1St. That was Kprea, not Germany 2. That was hamburger, not Sausage.. this comment is out of whack here ffs... nothing relates...😢😂😢😢
Herrlich, ich werde es bald nachkochen, jedoch mit Reis und Salat erweitern.
Und das Knoblauchgelumpe natürlich weglassen.
We add sliced green peppers n slivered onions n the butter n then cook with tomatoes and smother steak with it! It is our version of Swiss steak
Hmmm .looks pretty good. But maybe not exactly a quick meal. Fairly easy and quicker than some things, it's true. Lots of paprika!
So, if I cook this delightful burger recipe, am I expected to share?
Too much work for a burger!
Looks like a good tasty recipes. 👍 But where is the "trick"?
Those hamburger paddies look soooo good!
Надо попробовать❤❤❤
Deep-fried boiled hamburger? No.
Looks like a healthy alternative to grilling a burger. Deep fry it in egg and slather it with ketchup. Where does one find that wonderful miniature stovetop?
Благодарю за рецепт.интересный.❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤😂
Great recipe and presentation 👍🍔🌝🍀
Looks great! Gotta try 😋🤤
Looks absolutely delicious !
I guess I'd call these fried hamburger patties. I can't wait to see my granddaughters light up when I serve these. I never could have dreamed this up.
What a production!
That's exactly why I won't be making this lol -
Thanks for posting this recipe, it looks good and I will try it
Mmm, steamed hams! Looks like one for Tamara Double Chocolate - “You good?!” 😂
I’ve been doing this for decades with meatballs. It keeps them beautifully round.
Eggs magically become batter somehow
Interesting. Thank you
I think White Castle has made these for decades!
She has beautiful hands.
Great recipe. Tastes great. Use two gloves next time and then why didn't you use gloves when you made the pattys. Thank you for sharing 😊
It seems everywhere you go you meet foreign chefs who teach you cooking tips that most people learn from their mothers....
Nice finished presentation!! 😋
Instead of tomato sauce, I'm going to try brown gravy!!!! This looks really good and great job!
I really like the video. In case you missed it, cooked the meat patty in water first. I really liked that. Gonna try this, first chance I get. Plus, I have a sister-in-law that is Korea ...love her...
Thank you for the video.
Buen provecho.
Thank you. I turned on subtitles as instructed and had a good experience. I will try this.

Awesome video. Looks great. Gonna try this out today.
Parabéns...❤
The rubberband on the glove was worth the watch!
I wouldn't say that this process is quick but it does look tasty.
That looks Keto too so that in itself got me to subscribe
Thanks I’ll try this 🤤! Not a big paprika fan though.Liked the boiling fot 5 mins at the start.
I bet that sauce is good
Totally agree with last comment.
Looks like a tasty dish....not so sure about quick though...lol
I agree for christ-like she could have made one or two patties and then fast-forwarded and then she could have put it in the boiling water and just fast-forwarded through that and move down to the next segment is taking forever
I’ve just found another way to stop my hame made burgers from breaking apart when I fry them but I didnae Ken about boiling them cause that’s a new one on me, thank you for this great information. 🙏👍
Why did she put the first batch of burgers on paper towels and the second greasy batch right on top of the first ones? HAIYAA!
More delicious way is mixing dome pork together.
With all the seasoning even a piece of wood will taste good.

there was never any leftovers for the Family Dog🐕But Dusty still had Her Dinner on the
Floor right beside us
I love how you put them in boiling water which helped par cook them and at the same time cooking the semolina and making them even more moist. Also, the semolina was a surprise. Can’t wait to try it.
@@beckystevens3506 Disgusting--why would anyone boil the fat (flavor) out of their burgers. Not for me; enjoy it if you are able.
What does carbonara - a simple pasta dish have to do with this?
Bocsanat, mar ertem , hogy mi az!👍
Looks amazing…..thanks for sharing 😎
"So quick" this was like a 10 step process to make...deep fried meatloaf patties?
Thank you.
MUY RICOS !!!!! MMAS GRS. BENDICIONES DE ARGENTINA !!!!!!!!
Love how you forgot to mention adding a few ingredients to your "batter".
Huh. I've never really thought about making donggurangddaeng that size.
What lovely hands.
Gracias a vos!!!
Looks incredible.
I loved the video and I will be looking forward to seeing more
