I just woke up to my house’s monoxide alarm going off. Thank god I heard it. My family had barbecued the day before so it makes sense. And monoxide alarms aren’t easy to set off
This happened to me when I was younger , I was watching my twin bro & sister & I heard the CO alarm jumped up grabbed them & went outside, called my mom at work & she called 911 ...that is definitely the silent killer 😩🤦🏾♀️
When I was 18 years old, my sister and I were victims of carbon monoxide poisoning. We were spending the night at my grandmothers house and she had old gas heaters. There was a leak that no one knew of and we were asleep in that room with the door closed. Thank God that I woke up to used the bathroom, that’s when I realized I couldn’t walk and I actually passed out after I collapsed to the ground. All I could hear was my mother screaming and then someone said that my sister couldn’t walk either. Very scary situation!
I am a victim of CO poisoning, the first time I was 10 years old. The last time I was pregnant and he was born into that environment. I have the medical proof and I'm still being denied benefits.
He wasnt aware🤔🤔 was he aware the elderly couple died? Why was the hotel kept open? The law is dumb...ALL hotels should have to be checked monthly that fire alarms and carbon monoxide detectors work properly. Don't the fire department have to check businesses for fire hazards.
The families need to sue those hotels. It is their duties to ensure their building is safe.
Shut that damn hotel down till repairs made.
For this to happen twice in the same room is inexcusable!! the hotel needs sued into oblivion.
If I was the mother I will sue the shit outta this hotel. This is unbelievably sad and I feel really bad for the families
Carbon monoxide/ smoke detectors should be required in every. Single. room.
The first story about the young man was quite short and we didn’t hear from his parents or the hotel like we did with the second story
They need to close this hotel ASAP!! Negligent people playing Russian roulette with peoples lives

The government should make it mandatory for every hotel to have carbon monoxide detectors..
