The most disturbing aspect of this case is the complete lack of effort by law enforcement to investigate Lauren's death. The behavior of the three friends (Aaron, Chris, and Hannah) after Lauren's death absolutely wreaks with guilt. Even a child could look at this case and see that this was no accident. The sheriff and D.A. need to be held accountable and explain why they're not doing their jobs.

Proving something like this in a court of Law in front of a Jury is about the hardest thing you can do. You get one bite at the apple. If you don't get to eat the apple, its all over.

@@chrisgordon5719 She didn't drown. She was floating. No water in her lungs. How can they rule it an accident without even thoroughly inspecting the area to determine where she hurt herself accidentally prior to "falling" in to the water - which , according to everyone would have been extremely challenging, if not impossible while alive - how the hell did she die prior to being in the water and manage to get in the water that was inaccessible from where they were? This foul play isn't hard to prove beyond a reasonable doubt. If they had been charged and put in jail, right away, one of them would have cracked. Guaranteed.

I have been completely gripped by this case since I first heard about it a week ago and I've been doing quite a bit of research.
There was a third guy with them that Hannah, Chris and Aaron all conveniently neglected to mention - Brix Gambrell. As soon as Lauren died, he fled the country to Paraguay and lawyered up.
Her mother was painted as a crazy interfering mum that wouldn't let the police/sheriff's dept do their jobs. She was also forced to drop her wrongful death case against them or face a gag order.
The whole case is despicable and every single person involved let this poor girl down.

@@shannondavidson683 * They also didn't conduct a rape kit because ''she had a tampon in so she couldn't have been raped'' (wtf).
*They also didn't test for DNA from under her fingernails or from the bite mark she has under her breast.
      * The blunt force trauma that Lauren had to the back of her head has been attributed to an injury she sustained while cliff-jumping by Hannah, Aaron and Chris; HOWEVER the whole story has never actually been confirmed as blood has never been found anywhere to confirm Lauren's death was accidental.
      * Lauren's body had a triangular shaped mark on her sternum which people have speculated matches the shape of a canoe that the group were using. The canoe boat that belonged to one of the boys (I think it was Aaron's). This was also the boat the boys were using when they raced to the scene when Lauren's body was being retrieved from the water by police. That canoe has never been tested for DNA, blood, hair etc.
      * The pink shorts Lauren was wearing when she was found did not belong to her - her mother has stated she has never seen these shorts before.

Most likely they went back to the camp site then the guy in the hammock tried to get with her knowing it's the last night and opportunity, she freaked out and he ended up killing her. The friends helped cover it up to avoid getting implicated in a would be he said she said scenario.

Sometimes you have to call, email, visit the police department or whatever law enforcement agencies. When they see someone is proactive and cares about this person, they usually will try harder. Don't give up on your friend. To them he's just a statistic, but he was your friend. Start getting on their asses, and maybe try to help them with whatever piece of info you may have. Good luck!

Lauren Agee case. Here is a clue:
    - No water in lungs
    - No broken bones (maybe I was not watching carefully but still)
If a person falls from 10ft (~3m) there is a chance that some of the bones could be cracked/broken, not just hematomas.
If a person falls from 90ft into water his/her spine or ribs would be broken due to impact, after that person would drown because of falling unconscious/being paralyzed due to the broken spine/shock. And of course, drowning means water in the lungs.
So Lauren is 100% victim of foul play. I hope her mother will meet justice for her daughter.

Guaranteed Chris and Aaron are too blame here.
My theory is, which any real detective would know, I do not know where Tennessee get there dectectives from but they should be fired by there piss poor work, or lack of.
Obviously Aaron's buddy Chris got turned down. She was highly intoxicated, they all were.
Chris most likely took advantage of the situation, and she either came to the realization she was fouled played with, or Chris was obviously nervous she's going to talk when she sobered up, so Aaron and Chris made sure she didn't talk.
It's sad to say this but after looking into all reports and how Aaron said to Hannah "stick to the story", and told Chris to shut up repeatedly on the boat.
Also why were they there at the crime scene on the canoe, when authorities showed up?
When Chris said Lauren went to another campsite or with another group of friends?
Also when they found her she had the indent on her stomach of the triangle which matches the canoe triangle on the front of the canoe? So was she placed there on the front of the canoe and dumped?
This is my therory on what happened and the questions I would have for these 2 fools.
It's just a shame these 2 clowns Chris Stout and Aaron Lilly are GUILTY and instead they are free without question pleading the 5th and a family suffers it's just so sad. Where's justice when you need it?

Every year. The canoe will flip. And who is going to help you at night in the water when you can’t even see your hand in front of your face. It’s not worth it. Your life is too important. And when you join in on these parties you are throwing your life away trusting people who want even miss you tomorrow is you go missing. It’s time for our youth to think more of themselves and their parents and family. LA

Talk truth if you had a best friend that went out on a trip with you and he/she found dead, wouldn't you go bizarre/crazy and start to break down and console with the family. In this case her friends kept partying, didn't show up to her funeral or anything and they had to post on social media saying"best weekend ever" right away I would consider them has my only suspects. Also the boys had a criminal past and records. The family deserve justice for their child. There are so many unanswered question. #poor detective work, the justice system needs to do more for the victims of crimes.

The first thing that raises question into the death of Lauren is the level of bruises she had over her body. I must say for a person who falls off a cliff she didn't have extreme wounds on her body has she should, because within that area the height of the cliff is very high and it is very rocky too. Therefore it would have resulted in Lauren having way more open wounds to her body which she hadn't. Another thing that raises a lot of eyebrows is that their was no autopsy done on the body to test if there had been a rape. The statements that her friends gave was not substantial towards the investigation. They should have been thoroughly investigated by detectives not sheriffs/local officers who don't have any professional training about dealing with a homicide.

  • @tellmeofyourhomeworldusul6060

Just the fact that these terrible kids stayed for 2 days and partied AFTER they knew Lauren had died, that is more than callous and suspicious. I think that says everything.

“It obviously seems like I’m a suspect right now, but I know you guys are just doing your job” get out of here. You are a suspect and you know it.. a guilty conscience would say some shit like that. I think the guy she had to “share” space with did it.. and the friends were well aware of it. They plead the 5th because they’re guilty and afraid one of them is going to give out the wrong story.

If you have followed Miss Sheila’s story then you already know that she is one hell of a woman & friend! Her best friend was killed years ago by a serial killer. When you have Miss Sheila on your side then your chances of figuring out what happened to your loved one just increased highly. We all should be so lucky to have a “Sheila” in our life. I’m telling you this woman is tough as nails.

So many people at that bar but the one security guard seems to remember her a little to well if ya ask me..I'd say she was drunk and fell out if the hammock that was over a cliff and the impact killed her so her lungs didn't fill with water cause she was dead already.. or dude pushed her and said she fell.. barefoot,no phone yet going to meet someone in a strange place!! Who? She was with them all the time, and if she was going to meet someone why wld she be in a hammock with her boyfriend? I'd be wondering as her bf where the fck is she going..

The police enforcement didnt wanna do anything at all for this case. Everybody can see that she didnt fell of that cliff, and the bruises on her body doesnt add up with a fall. Foul play happened thats for sure! I think, that Lauren denied Chris that evening and then he flipped and hit her, then Aaron and Hannah helped him covering up his crime. My opinion.
