    Dr Mandell, Your a gem, I have lower back problems for years and don't stand for long without terrible pain I'm going to start doing these exercises in am when my body is mostly relaxed ty and God bless you

    I have been diagnosed with a slip disc pressing on th sciatica, now suffering for about 4 months. You are an answer to my prayers. My pain disappeared in just one set of Dr. Mandel exercise videos. Thank you God for letting me find his videos without looking fir it. Thank you Dr. Mandel🎉❤

    I like the door knob tip. Never tried it until today. It is wonderful! Some of these I do on my bed especially the pillow on floor one. I’m good to go for the day with stretching.

    I had a Decompressive Laminectomy (L4 & L5) in 2019. These exercises look so safe and easy to do. I will incorporate them into my daily routine. Thank you, Doctor. Once again, you've been very helpful. 🥰

      I have disc issues with my back .When I am really bad.I see my chiropractor 1 a week and then once every 2 weeks. You can only do exercises for maintenance. Otherwise when you have so much pain you can't even sleep in the bed. Good advice 👍 👌

    I just found this video and for about 2 weeks I've had a pinched nerve or maybe a spasm just above my right butt cheek and over to my spine. Never had back pain or trouble with my back just woke up and had a lot of pain. I will be trying these and I hope they work. Thank You Dr. Mandell.

      I can certainly relate. I have the same exact horrifying pain. I could possibly get down on my knees, but getting back up; not so easy! After a hit & run accident back in the 70’s, my discs, bones & muscles have degenerated. I have no discs in my neck; just a big black hole, my back has so many ruptured discs that I have to be very careful just getting out of bed. My shoulders look like I was run over by a truck; totally broken! 😢 I get up every morning praying for God’s strength just to do a few things around our home. I pray you both feel better & for Jesus to make you whole. By His stripes we are healed & I also pray for healing each day. Please take some advice, don’t ever give into the pain, because if you do; you will end up bedridden. Love & Prayers, Sister Pat👏🙌❤️

    The last one was a life saver for me when I had a large disc prolapse in my lower back. Everytime I felt my back seizing up, I'd do some (on the floor), stood back up and would be good to go. Thanks Dr. Mandell for these great exercises ❣️

    Is there stretching, or excercise for back neck, side neck connecting to back shoulders .
    My right side back neck is stiff, easy to move head towards right , but moving towards left is difficult.
