    Ma'am could you please explain how we got m+n-1
    And how the total cost is calculated

      M is the total number of Rows
      N is the total number of columns
      Substitute the values accordingly in m + n - 1
      For finding the total cost, add given values in demand side
      Likewise add the values in supply side
      If both the answers are same, then the demand = supply
      If not, then add a dummy column consisting of 0
