Hi Adam - Great question! For us Scholl S20 Black is a confusing product. It is actually a compound (not a polish) which Scholl say also works great as a 1 step polish using the correct pad. For us there are better cutting compounds to use - Sonax CutMax, CarPro ClearCUT and/or Menzerna HC400 which provide better cutting results. However ... this is not to say that Scholl S20 Black is not good ... as it is a good product ... but for us there are better compounds as above. When it comes to its ‘polishing’ ability as a 1 step polish we find it is very very good, but for us Sonax Perfect Finish seems to refine that little bit better (which is what you want from a polish). This is due to the fact that S20 Black most likely has larger diminishing particles (as it’s a compound) which need to diminish lots to give the polishing effect. As ever in detailing no two detailers would have the same user experience but after our use it hasn’t knocked Sonax PF off our go to polish spot. Hope that’s helps ... or not! Lol 👍🏽💯
