Ingredients
use a digital scale for the most accurate measurements
Makes 6 Burger buns
177g water (about 3/4 cup)
3.5g instant yeast (about 1 1/8 teaspoons)
35g sugar (2 tablespoons)
325g bread flour (about 2 ½ cups)
16g powdered milk (2 tablespoons)
4.5g salt (3/4 teaspoon)
30g butter (2 1/2 tablespoons, room temperature)
6.5g oil (1 ½ taspoons)
Topping
Egg wash(egg yolk and milk)
1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Do you use upper and lower rod both while baking buns? Mine buns get golden brown within 7 to 10 mints even though I bake and preheat my oven on 130degree C , i have convection oven
