Lukewarm milk 溫鮮奶 120ml+-
Instant yeast 即溶酵母 5g / 1/2Tbsp
Bread flour 高筋面粉 300g / 2,1/8cup
Caster sugar 细砂糖 20g / 3Tbsp
Sea salt 海鹽 2.5g / 1/2tsp
Whole egg 全蛋 1(55g+- per egg)
Unsalted butter 無鹽奶油 30g / 1/8cup
sesame seeds as needed 芝麻適量
Bake at 200°C / 390°F for 10-13 minutes

Baked these beauties today. Came out excellent. Thank you for the recipe.
I just made these and they were PERFECT! 😋😋 I only used 110ml of milk. I wasn't used to measuring in grams but i used my kitchen scale and foolowed the instructions. I was scared when it got sticky while adding the butter but i sprinkled it with a little flour and it became smooth and elastic after a few minutes. I'm saving this video because I want to make it again and double the recipe. Thank you.

I made the dough and let it do the first rise in the refrigerator, overnight. I made them into 12 slider rolls for mini burgers. So soft and fluffy. Delicious. 🥰
hi, did u do the first time fermentation in room temp before ferment in fridge overnight?
How long for the overnight fermentation took?

i tried 3 diffrent Buns recipe here on YT . but this is the most legit for me. the most perfect so far that i ever made. it is just instead of 8pcs. i made it 7pcs coz 8 seems to be so small for a burger buns.

Can we use normal ap flour
@@jo-ww1pz i don’t think so. bread flour has higher protein content to produce gluten, which is essential in bread making :)
@@jo-ww1pz you can cause i did that, the thing is that your bread will not as soft as on that video

Lembrando que leva uns 5 minutos batendo a massa na bancada, esse método é pra secar um pouco mais a massa sem ter que adicionar mais farinha de trigo. Agora se fizer nas pressas não vai dar certo.Tem que seguir certinho o tempo do primeiro descanso do segundo tempo de descanso.💯💪🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
