It's impossible that the vitamins can be responsible for your ends filling out, the hair you have can't be thickened, only new growth can. The only way to make ends appear fuller is to trim or wear a darker top ;)
Comparison is the reason people stop there goals. U cut all your hair off 4 years is nothing compared to your whole life head of hair. U need time to reach goals.

My goal was hair growth as well but for some reason every 2nd month I am cutting my hair. I'm really going to commit from this month on to not cut unless I need to dust my ends. Goal to DC every week and keep this hair nourished.

I’m not a big fan of my hair being able to touch my shoulders but I love the layered look of your curls so I thought let me try something out of my comfort zone. I feel like my hair has been at this awkward length forever. But when I stretch it its past my ribcage. I just wish I had more volume. I'm part of the S curl gang and I feel like everyone but me can get volume with definition. No matter how much I fluff it out it just doesn't work unless I have no product in whatsoever. The frustration is real over here.

I also sometimes look at girls who do 3c/4a kinky curly wigs, clip ins, and weaves just to get an idea how my texture would look that long or how many inches I need to get to that length lol
I understand that in between stage.... approaching BSL but wanting to get to MBL. I am 4A/B/C with some 3c in the front...HP hair. So I am almost at 3 years post BC.. So I press on because I realize that where I am is goals for someone else
I just heard the other day someone say their hair was tailbone length and when fully shrunken shrinks to above their shoulders. I’m like she has to be type 4 and that’s how my bait will be and that sucks. I will forever be stretching my hair I guess😩🙄
Give yourself a little (just a teeny tiny bit) of heat damage, and your hair will lose some elasticity but not lose it’s curl (think the Glam Twins here on CZcams). I am NOT an advocate for heat damage. I am just saying that a little loosening of your curl pattern will help it hang more and shrink less. It’s up to you what you ultimately want. I don’t mind mine being at shoulder length when curly. I just straighten it a couple times a year to see my length. I actually like that I can have hair halfway down my back when straight and shoulder length when curly because if I am being honest, sometimes the long hair hanging down everywhere gets on my nerves. It’s hard to explain because I am trying to reach waist length at the same time.🤷🏽♀️

I get bored with my hair too. Don’t cut it. Try Bantu knots, twist outs and braid outs in addition to your wash and go. Play with it a bit more.
