@Master of Fun so I use github.com/Umbranoxio/BeatSaberModInstaller/releases to manage all of my mods. It has the one you're looking for, "Camera Plus", which you can install. Once you install it, run the game, close the game, look in the beat saber file location, and there should be a cameraplus CFG file. Open it with notepad and change the thirdPerson to True, run the game, and you should be able to move the camera around. Hopefully this helps!

If you're on pc you can use github.com/Assistant/ModAssistant , which should get you started :) These custom songs are available due to mods which ModAssistant provides. If you're not on pc, im not too sure how to do it

Btw I recommend the clear walls mod so when you're recording the red walls aren't as intrusive, like when they move by it covers what you're doing all you see is a red wall
