not sure how i missed this notification...🤦♂️...glad to see your really enjoying this rig brother!..👍 ha ha i know what you mean.. I tend to debur my cnc parts with my multi purpose body reamer...🤣🤣🤣🤣
I just picked up a Gen7 on the cheap because it was a new truck from a hobby shop that had parts robbed off of it to get a customer back up and running. All in maybe 175 with the new replacement upgrades… I lucked out.
How does it crawl with the new motor and gear? I love the slow crawling capability but I feel it is lacking speed if you are playing around in the open. I ordered a 2s lipo battery so maybe with just that I will be happier.
I’ve just found out that half an hour away from where I live there is an RC buggy race track and a club so I’m looking for an off-road buggy that will last me a long time without any electronics because I’ve already got plenty of electronics.
Bars&tone RC yeah I’ve tried to see if there is an arr version of the car but I can’t find anything I am looking for it without electronics which is a shame but I’ll keep looking
In the old days we just swapped the red and black servo lead wires around. This was very common to do with the old Airtronics servos.
Yeah I wish that would still work, now ya got to do what I did or have the right tx
Grinding down the steering works great. Big difference.
Agreed!
Flip the servo. And lengthen the linkige . Go to the other knuckel
Nice one buddy great advice, conna have to rear wheel steer the new crawler 👍🏻👍🏻
The four wheel steering is awesome I’m really glad I put it on this crawler. Thanks for watching bud

Yeah it gets used for things it wasn’t intended for but it does them well LOL
Subscriber 999, I love the Everest 10 and have wanted to do the 4 wheel steer mods for a bit now.
It’s awesome on this truck it’s amazing the obstacles you can get over with the four wheel steering
Great video 👍 thinking of getting one for my first crawler.
It’s a lot of fun and there’s lots of upgrades and parts for this crawler and parts are cheap which is nice.
@@BarstoneRC cheers 👍 you got a subscriber
Thanks buddy I really appreciate it!

Real nice video mate. Just ordered my E10. Where did you get that bug body? Very cool. Subbed ya also friend. Thanks - Steve 🙋♂️
Thanks Steve I really appreciate it but I got the bug body on Amazon if you search the model for bodies they should come up further down the list.

I’m wondering weather I want to get a kit that I have to assemble because that looks like fun to me but they are soooo expensive
Well as far as buggies go you can’t go wrong with the Typhon man they are very tough and they’re very easy to fix.
Bars&tone RC yeah I’ve tried to see if there is an arr version of the car but I can’t find anything I am looking for it without electronics which is a shame but I’ll keep looking
I see them occasionally on eBay with just a chassis with no electronics
Bars&tone RC yeah I think I might have settled on the tekno b410 and I might buy it off amazon hobby’s but I’ll have to save up for a while
Just got a quick question about the center differential compatibility, is it the same as the piranha differential
I wish I could help you with that bud but I’m honestly not sure
forget my comment ,,i watched this late last night and forgot you showed all the parts in the video lol lol lol
It’s all good bud sorry I forget a lot to list part numbers lol
@@BarstoneRC not the gold servo arm ,,,,but the gold arm below that i cant find anywhere could you help please Thank You
Are you talking about the steering link for the four wheel steering?
@@BarstoneRC yes the rod below the servo arm in the rear,,not the servo arm but the one below it that goes all the way from the right to left

So switching over to a lipo doesn't do much for speed?
No it does help a bit but changing the motor and the Lipo helps a lot.
Would those links in the bottom fit in danchee rock ridge?
I don’t think so but to be honest I’m not that familiar with that car so there might be similarities?
Okay thank-you
Left right . Right left
I hate how the tires rub so loud right out the box
Yeah there’s not many bodies that do not rub on everything.
