For everyone asking question about exercise or walking. It's best to do them since the beginning of pregnancy. Please don't do tough exercises if you haven't been doing them before pregnancy. I'm used to going to gym but I had a gap just before pregnancy. I took a job that pays me to walk. So when I reached 6th month my body was slightly having water retention. By the end of the day, the swelling will be gone. Walking and some simple stretch exercises at the pelvic helps not only for delivery but also makes your backbone Stronger. I walk nearly 10 Km as a requirement for my job. Also I do a lot of push and pull with hands which help strengthening my hands. It's a bit painful in the end of the day but it definitely pays off in the long run. My face and body still looks the same except at my waist and tummy. I'm glad for it as I feel strong and energetic even though I'm pregnant at 40. Don't be alarmed at what age we get pregnant. It's all about our health and how we maintain our diet.

She's my regular gynac. Sadly because of lockdown she won't be my doc for my ongoing pregnancy since I'm in other city. But ladies in Noida, she's an angel for all your lady problems especially pregnancy. You can trust her with closed eyes.
That delivery part is the most worried part for any pregnant women. ...but no one told so nicely what to do exactly during that time.....too good Dr.
