alot' of people get wrongly convicted but are still criminals. if the fucking cops did their jobs right and also the justice system worked harder and wasn't lazy and corrupt, then they could convict the actual "criminals" for things they actually HAVE done. but noo, they'd rather falsely blame, charge and convict people JUST to get them locked up. JUST to be tyrants. then when they are released from the false accusations, they are still a criminal. they jus weren't convicted on the actual crime they committed in the past. just the fake, made up, or exaggerated one that was dropped or whatever for them to get out of prison. i love this country but alot' of it is a fkn joke

There are a lot of innocent men in prison. There are people who were products of their environments that committed a crime while still being a technical child then spend the rest of their lives paying for it because they are seen as a number. Joe had had many felons on his podcast that turned a new leaf.
Humans deserve forgiveness and a chance at redemption. If that is taken away from the people then we truly are just slaves.

First off the way the guy told his story to Rogan was watered down bullshit. Private prisons operate better than federal prisons but the whole thing about America locks up more than other countries look at the size of our country and the diversity if you compare us to other Western countries you have to compare our States look at our states that are not diverse and small very low crime and prison populations like many European countries now compare our states that are with big cities and diversity of culture race religion economics creates crime also the non-western countries have much harsher punishments cutting off hands for stealing mean stoned for adultery killed for being gay but most countries that don't have high prison populations are monoculture little diversity which means they have more in common just like when you live in a small town verse a big city you know your neighbors in a small town you know the locals in a big city you don't even know your neighbor let alone people you run into on the street
