The league already reformed the loading system a few years ago as a reaction to players getting suspended for grade 1 charges and being ruled out of major games (eg. finals, grand finals). You can't accrue as many charges as someone like JWH has and cry foul when the inevitable suspension works against you.

4 weeks is way over the top got most of heâs shoulder . Sua had a swinging arm flush on Jennings jaw was worse . Jwh is just a victim off heâs name sometimes

When the NRL eventually get sued (which will happen) they have to be seen to be doing something to stop high contact.

Souths aren't part of the moneyball brigade. If Latrell still played for the Bin Chickens or was at the Broncos or Melbourne he would have been fine and probably fined.

JWH is just a victim of his height and reputation. Tall players are always going to risk "going high" its a statistical fact. Is it his fault that in the physical clash he generally comes out on top. Everytime they get whiplash they cry that its head high and 'concussion" Sooks
You can thank cam Murray & lattrel from this. About 3 or 4 years ago, in a finals game against the chooks, every tackle where there was a bit a agro those two would wait until the video ref/ bunker to get involved. So that's what players do ,lay down, especially if it's an aggressive player. It's refreshing to see players just getting up, not milking it
Bring on Super League 2. Bring back the contact and bring back the biff. I think we know which game would sell better.
