What happened to me was that I kept my distance and watched the whole thing. Towards the end they were gonna make a sacrifice but one of them dropped his torch, setting himself on fire. He then ran around setting everything around him on fire so the fire spread very quickly and suddenly they were all screaming as they were all on fire. They all died as I stood there thinking ''wtf have I just watched'' lol

I threw a stick of dynamite in the middle of them and it basically acted like a signal flare. Killed maybe one of them and they all instantly drew rifles and started filling me full of holes. I saw that one, and I ended up hogtying their leader and dumping him in a lake to drown. I first tried to bring him back to camp to see what would happen, but that caused an auto-fail because you can't bring enemies to camp.

I found this encounter, and if you wait for them to light the cross they all burn except their leader. I killed him and looted that note. In the note it says they need to make the robes "less flammable". It's the little details in the game that make it worth exploring.

The parties switched with Roosevelt's New Deal. When the new Western states were added as a new voting Bloc the Democrats went after them and the party switched platforms over the next two decades. Republicans were for big government when business needed infrastructure and a nation building. Once that was in place they wanted less regulation and more profits. That was essentially the reason for their platform switch.
