It's hinted that this song is about her relationship with her fans and how the reality of being an idol is that it won't last forever. you realise that throughout the mv, there are these chapters - next day, same time, same place. I think it's hinting that though she can't remain a flower forever, she wants to tell her fans that - next day, same time, same place, let's meet again.
mv starts with her normal work day - in a hotel room filled with dior stuff in which she is the brand ambassador for. her manager knocks on the door and she seems visually frustrated.
When she wears the gorgeous flowery ball gown, flicking her arms like scattering a flower scent across the hallways, no one in the hotel interacts with her (which helps with dehumanising her and making her become this fancy flower that is just in a fancy hotel. To further support this, the cat in the mv have a pink nose when it's next to her like it's having allergies to her flower scent). The only time she speaks the lyrics is when she's dancing with the dancers (barely) and when she's speaking to her own reflection. It adds to the narrative that she's just an object of admiration, like the life of a kpop idol. she doesn't speak her opinions when she's 'performing' her idol role. She only start reflecting about her relationship with herself and have opinions when she's by herself.
through out the song, she describes herself as many different types of flowers and how the purple lilac got trampled on. This is to reflect how fans only accept certain aspects of her but there are other sides to her that would not be accepted by the fans. unlike the other outfits, the white petal outfit and purple outfit are the only ones that does not have dancers around them (because the fans don't accept those parts of her). also in the purple outfit, she holds a black veil like in mourning
at one scene, she rips off the string of pearls from her throat to signify that she is free from whatever pressure that has confined her. When she is wearing the baby blue midi dress, she walks across the empty streets and stop by a shop with the string of pearls (in which in the previous scene, she had ripped off her throat). she touches her neck and there is a moment of longing for the pearls again
At the end of the video, she removes her flower choker, removing her identity as just a pretty flower/female idol. It is like hinting that in the next chapter of her relationship with her fans and relationship with herself, she'll remove the mask of being just a pretty idol.
When she has that blue heart outfit and walks away confidently, it feels like she's walking away full of love and confidence. She understand who she is and has accepted all of it.

The Mv shooting is done in universal studios and Millennium Biltmore Hotels and Resorts to be one of the filming locations for Jisoo’s “Flower.” Other U.S. Pop stars such as Britney Spears, Taylor Swift and Ed Sheeran also shot their music videos at the hotel

The story is this:
Blackpink are 4 elements godess, they were punished and sent to Earth for something. Lisa fall into darkside and drag solo Jennie making her fall in love, then pushed Rose on the ground this gives her mental problems, then Lisa put Jisoo in some jail (ready for love) and then she very Happy tell her name Lalisa to the entired world. Jisoo read the future so she was prepare to save the Girls killing this love Jennie was draw into, waking up Rose and finaly giving light to Lisa. So they learn the lesson and comeback to they land. And Jisoo is telling here that they only left behind the smell of flowers.
