I agree with you. From the minute he entered the ring I could see that he didn't want to be there. He was seriously overweight as well. I couldn't believe it. He just didn't want to fight. He just covered up on the ropes and while the body shots were okay I think a pre-Green Codrington wouldn't have been on the ropes in the first place to get hit like that. I think he just wanted a payday. He doesn't have the heart anymore. I hope he does quit and don't make a bigger fool of himself.

Wow Codrington was once a huge prospect. He fought at 165 now he weighed in at 195!!!He embarrased himself hear by not even trying. Thats why boxing is falling hard!!I heard he quit boxing and is now a state trooper in Atlanta.

What a shame to fly all the way to Germany to disgrace himself and his team like that. I hope no promoter wanting to be taken seriously puts him in the ring for fans to watch anymore. That's probably why the card on Sunday June 30, 2013 at The Atrium Event Center, Atlanta, Georgia was cancelled. He was supposed to be in there in a 6 rounder. What a joke he is with everyone who stands in his corner!

I can't believe he went all the way to Germany to disgrace himself like that. Shame on him and everyone in his corner. I hope he never gets into the ring again. Hopefully he made enough money for himself and his family in his boxing days. Even I coulda done what he did in this fight and I m just as novice as anyone else.
