- Scott Hall, Kevin Nash, Hulk Hogan and the New World Order of Wrestling. One of the most iconic factions from WCW, TNA and WWE history. But why were NWO so important? And how did they change the course of the Monday Night Wars?

Rest In Peace Razor Ramon…..NWO fan for life…..
I know the patience and work it takes to put together these kind of long play videos whether there composite videos or raw new content. Keep up the good work, and maintain the passion -it pays off
Thanks so much, I pour my whole life into making these 6-7 days a week
If I recall what I heard Blue Meanie say, JBL attacked Meanie because JBL got hit in the back of the head and JBL thought Meanie had done it. JBL found out it wasn't him and a lot of guys including Stevie Richards were pissed off at JBL for what he did to Meanie. JBL agreed to pay it back by losing a match against Meanie, and Stevie gave JBL one hell of a receipt with what I think is the sickest chair shot in history.
Very well story boarding man.
I'm 40, so growing up with this is like knowing how to still write in cursive handwriting...but I forget that there's people out there that don't know the actual where, who, or how's of alot of content that inarguably changed the face of the sport.
Raw vs Nitro....Monday nights were never....never the same.
Well respected
Well bloody said. I'm 48 & was watching before Wrestlemania. Was always a heel fan, & Never liked Hogan as either. Uber Narcissist, but there's no denying his impact on Wrestling.
Very well said young bruh 👏🏿
Amazing work WP massively enjoyed that and re lived some of my most memorable moments throughout! RIP Dusty and Razor
Every video gets better and better man. Keep up the great work.
Thanks mate that's so kind
Very excited to watch this! Enjoying your content more & more!
Amazingly innovative era, I was all about NWO Wolfpack but this whole storyline was awesome.
Super solid channel. Serious, why are the fellas in the UK and area, so much better at Wrestling channels.
The best thing going in the day , this was when Wrestling was at its peak.
I always love your vids!
GREAT VID AS ALWAYS
"That doesn't work for me brother" Even when he became a heel it was the same 💩 just delivered by FedEx instead of UPS 😆. But I felt he always had heel tendencies as a babyface especially in WCW before the NWO ex. When he was on "probation" & kept interfering in Macho Man title matches, or introducing a weapon into a match before the heel 😆
Rip Scott hall " bad times don't last, but bad guys do" he's a legend forever
Epic doc bro keep it up
Thank you I will try
11:47 took me like a minute to realise that wasnt just a sideshow and he was speaking through the other ear lmao
giving so many egotistical people "creative control" will never end well
Exactly. They should've learned that from dealing with Hogan.
NWO. Three of the most influential letters in the wrestling business.
#NWO4LIFE
Shit that was one the best nwo breakdowns ever 👌👌👌👌
I love Hulk Hogan in the 1980s and in 1990’s…..
Yea but not so much in the 2010's huh....?
@@traceyd9643 I love hulk hogan now
THE WOLFPAC
IS JUST TOO
SWEEEEEEEET
I love the new world order. They helped revolutionise wrestling at that point, which was becoming stale with the same, tired, cartoonish superhero characters, at least in the case of the den WWF they were a breath of fresh air.
I hated the way every Monday dq dq dq dq. It got old quick and any normal person knew it was phoney!
We had 1 tv growing up and my older brother was in charge of the remote control. He loved WCW and I was a WWF fan. I specifically remember him saying "I'll turn it to your show because this will be a dq". It was my 1st win over my older brother!!
That's because nobody wanted to take a clean loss and put others over. Inmates running the asylum.
Yeah Hogan in a match (which wasn't often) while in WCW you already know what's up & the rare occasion he lost it was of course not a clean W for the opponent. Looking back I feel bad for ppl that had to work w/him 😆
Other variant faction you forgot to mention LWO, Eddie Guerrero and his crew?
Good point
WCW should've kept the NWO as the following
Hogan: Leader
Hall: First Right Hand Man
Nash: Second Right Hand Man/Muscle/Enforcer.
The Giant: Muscle/Enforcer
Sixx: Disciple
Trillionare Ted: Financer
Once it went beyond these guys it really water the storyline down. I know I'm going to get verbal stones thrown at Ne for say this but here it comes.
The biggest mistake was adding Eric Bischoff to the group. It should've continued to work in a way where fans would decide Do you like WCW or NWO which according to Eric Bischoff was his original goal with the storyline. The whole divide of the NWO with The Hollywood Faction and The Wolf Pack Faction was terrible. In 2003 Kevin Nash was brought back too WWE after being out with an injury, and his new gimmick was that of a something of a reformed thug. Still a tough bad ass but would step in to help younger talent and some of the divas if they were being harassed by the male wrestlers. What they should've done in WCW was Nash questioning Hogan which would lead to Nash getting a kayfabe injury of Nash that Hogan was some how involved in and have him sit out for a couple of months. The bring Nash back as a similar character to 2003. Have him cut a promo stating that from this point on he's going to lead a fight to bring down The NWO.
Hi mate I enjoy your video of the nwo can please try to do bullet club please
I still wear my NWO hoody and NWO T shirt……
I have a whole set of WCW shirts! All reprints sadly but still.
I got:
NWO
Wolf Pack (🐺 logo)
DDP (self high five diamond)
Glacier (Cold as Ice)
WCW/NWO Revenge shirt
Man I love them❤️
🤘🏻I love my black & white classic nWo shirt! Wear it often!
I have an nwo jacket from chalk line toooooo sweeeeeet
Wcw and nwo will always have a special place in my heart.
NWO 4 Life! Rest in Peace Scott Hall
RIP
46:19 far left. Is that the dude from bloodsport
Sting wasn't the initial plan, he was the back up
The nWo jumped the shark at Souled Out 97. Change my mind.
Sting was agreed to be back up plan cause Erik was scared Hogan wouldn’t go through cause he was still on fence.that’s why they had sting ready for turn that night just in case! When Hogan saw buzz Nash said he wouldn’t let that money train pass him..Cause he was off doing movies really when Nash and Hall 1st came
lol i should have waited cause you went on to sorta say it! Good job great video man
Listening and watching those new day clowns say "who" over and over again makes my skin crawl. I HATE it.
Repetitive stuff like that can certainly grind
Great video. This does not work for me brother (that you don’t have more subs)
In the end. The story worked, in Vince's, favor.
HE won the the war.
Hey yo🤘
Hey yo!
Vince mcmahon built the characters of diesel and razor from low mid card to main eventers just for them to jump ship and use the fame/popularity against mcmahons wwf (ouch)
do what you love man, the money will come later
I doubt this will be as good as Wrestling Bios but I'll give it a try.
He's good he's still just trying to find his groove. I find he often drones on and on sometimes but he has had some really good vids. Even WrestlingBios was pretty bland for a while until he started Reliving The War which is prob my favorite series on CZcams right now.
I like him I feel like he's at the stage that WB/Ryan was at before he started putting his personality & jokes into it. His videos are good though especially the Benoit & Drugs/steroids vids
How can I improve?
@@WrestlePod The audio could be a little more crisp but that comes with time bc equipment is expensive. I can tell you of the channels I like its the content that catches my attention but personality in the presentation of it keeps my attention. So keep being be your authentic self. Don't be afraid to adlib & go off the cuff. Look at your subscribers as friends. Keep being engaging. Maybe do a video solely about you & your relationship with wrestling if you don't already have one. Above all else have fun if you seem like your having fun ppl listening will have fun. You'd be surprised how the energy from the video & your personality can transfer to the listeners. Just my opinion
@@WrestlePod Whatever you wind up improving just wanna say these are still entertaining as they are, look forward to whatever else you cover in the future
Can you imagine a NBA guy sitting out to do WWE.
It's not Henning, it's HENNIG!!!
I will freely admit I watched both sides of the mnw with my grandfather and yes I will also was very happy whenever the black and white or the red and black or the silver and black got their asses handed to them by whoever they opposed but I was partial to the likes of ddp and Rey mysterio Jr
I al a o enjoyed booker t least in the WCW Era of the nwo in the wwe Era I loved the rock and stone cold along with the alliance against the nwo
How did he have a stint in ecw in 2002? They went out of business in 2001 lol
NWO 4 LIFE
I liked razor I never like six pac
Hulk Hogan is and always will be "The best there is, the best there was and the best there ever will be" unlike most people in the business
Hogan, Beefer, and the Nasty Boys would have been absolute sh*t. More Dungeon of Doom level garbage from the Immortal Huckster. Hogan's so lucky Hall and Nash were down to work this angle. Saved his career from becoming an aging cartoon goof.
Wrong what happened to bret was brets fault. He refused to drop the belt it's not like he won it it was dropped to him which is the professional thing to do in that sport. Not cry and whine because the company is replacing you with a more popular guy that knew the direction the business was headed. They were sick of seeing that bland stuff Bret was doing. It belonged in the 80s. The sport was changing and Bret was bitter about it then and hes still bitter now 30 years later. Bret is a cry baby who quit when he didnt get his way and thought threateningto go to wcw would change Vince's mind but it didnt. He tried to hold the belt hostage and Vince showed him who the boss really was. It had little to nothing to do with shawn yet all the Bret hart marks always want to blame him because they can't admit bret was wrong. Vince made the call and shawn did what he was told to do. Then bret went to wcw where he proved exactly what Vince had suspected Bret was washed up. He didn't have it anymore. Go back and watch those wcw moments with Bret it was awful.
Idıot
Do you know how much you sound like David Brent? It's almost uncanny
Opening speech is a bit much.
Hulk Hogan was actually really terrible wrestler he had such a limited move set
smh Hogan saying he wanted BeefCake and the Nasty boys in the NWO. that would have been TRASH , worse than them being watered down and then split as the time went on.
as*
Beefcake was in the NWO just under the name of the disciple
@NavyVet4955 yes I know I was saying Hogan wanted him in and he wanted the nasty boys in. No one thought about Beefcake but Hogan basically made them find a role for him in WCW, bishoff has said it. But Nasty boys were close to Hogan also and he wanted them in but I guess they ( Bishoff Hall and Nash) drew the line there.
I really don't care for Hulk Hogan.
The real NWO was Kevin Nash and Scott Hall. The Outsiders, The Wolfpac!
What are you talking about? Hogan ignited NWO……
@@delbertprince5302 that's your story. Hulk Hogan is a phony and you can't tell me otherwise.
@@delbertprince5302 dumbasses will always refuse to see the truth.
We live in a phony world, that's why phony people make it and get away with it
Hulk Hogan's words is like the smog coming out of my muffler. It's like the aroma of a dog pooh! Repugnant!
The NWO is more important to wrestling history than the Gold Dust Trio? 😅 Ok.
This was poorly put together.
