Dream Shop Build 30x30 - Attic Trap Door!

The attic needs to be enclosed as I will not be heating this space. Instead of buying an expensive premade door that will rarely get used, I decided to make my own for less than half the cost of an off the shelf.
After building the attic door, we are able to finish up the last few lights that happened to land within the door.

I lived in my last house for 30 years and right before we sold I cut a nice plywood cover with handle and the house inspector said no go, so I tossed the cover and cut a crappy piece of sheetrock to fill the opening.
