One of my favorite live performances. I didn't know much about Van Morrison before I first saw The Last Waltz and his performance absolutely blew me away.
The Band were musician musicians. They were admired and held in highest esteem by all of their friends who came to celebrate.
There are so many songs that need hearing! The Band singing with the Staple Singers doing 'the Weight! I love this rockumentary! Bob Dylan's backing band... but they were into themselves legendary! Robbie Robertson's solo albums are fantastic too! Love the Band!
Van Morrison is wowza! Thanks for this reaction video!
Let's not forget who they started with, The Hawk, right? Have always loved The Band and as an Irishman have always loved the rendition Van pulls out of them all here.. He got them all going! I can't even listen to the original "caravan" anymore... "van the man!" as R. R said after being blown away by the (low) high kicks 😉😂
Van Morrison is a living legend
He is having a bit of a Renaissance right now. He wrote the music for the movie "Belfast" which featured a lot of his songs, including an unrecorded one that is getting a lot of buzz and award nominations.
Two of my favorites on stage at the same time!
All time fav performance!
Great song. Love Van Morrison.
Not many can top this.
Van the Man!
I have seen this movie at least 2 dozen times! .. It is one of my favorites. Glad to see someone as young as you enjoy clips of it also. You should watch it in his entirety .. Richard committed suicide 10 years after this final concert. He had a difficult time with the breakup. Writing and performing was his life and he just couldn't seem to find the same recognition afterwards. He became a drug addict and alcoholic .. Richard was 43.
Amazing concert movie!
I’m pretty sure that you just saw Van do the very first ever mic drop there at the end.
You need to react to Luis Miguel la Incondicional live you won't be disappointed
Why do you wear your cap backwards?
do your research before you make the video
