Ingredients
Oil (peanut olive or oil of your choice)
2.5 pounds of fresh corn masa
4 cup Melty cheese of choice (La Chona and H.E.B Asadero)
Optional- Chilorio (recipe below and in an amazon storefront)
Toppings- thinly slice lettuce, queso Cotija, salsa, purple pickled onions, crema fresca, and avocado

Hot lava salsa (spice level mild-hot)
Drizzle of oil
7-9 Red jalapeños
4 tomatoes
4 garlic cloves
1/4 purple onion
A big bunch of cilantro
1 tsp salt (adjust to taste after cooking
Juice of 1 to 2 lime (to preserve)

The first time I came across sour cream labeled Mexican style, they were out of my brand's regular sour cream. So I took it home, tried it, and have never bought regular style since! I found it had more flavor and I didn't have to add seasoning to it for a quick dip! I use it in every recipe that needs sour cream. Even my family noticed! And that's with an American-made version. I can't wait to try the real thing, not a knock-off!

So, I need to thank you and both . My husband passed away Really fast in January and it ruined me to the point where I stopped cooking. It hurt to much and reminded me of him. We have our punky and he missed my homecooking Ya know, so watching you Beautiful Ladies has encouraged me to cook for my Pappas and just watching his expression is like you Steph lol when you eat your food after each show.

I made these last night!!!!!!! Made it comfortable for my home as I was beat from work, I used chi chi’s corn tacos, stuffed them with chilolio and cheese and fried in canola oil. Hubby went nuts for them!!! I’m always a lil conservative with salsa and used 2 green jalapeño and 2 Serrano, super dark char. Delicious!!!! Very crunchy!
