Pressure cook 35 mins
Stovetop - Add the same ingredients that I added to the pressure cooker into your pot Bring to a boil! Med Low heat for 50 minutes. And continue as shown in the recipe 💕

Ingredients
1 whole chicken
7 cups water + 1 cup water for silky dipping broth
8 Guajillo Chiles
6 Tomatoes
8 Garlic cloves
1 onion
2 bay leaves
6 chipotle pods in adobo (La costeña brand tends to be super spicy❗️)
3 Tbsp chicken bouillon (tomato bouillon works great too)
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp Black pepper
9 oz chorizo (pork)
Asadero cheese or your choice of melty cheese such as mozzarella
Corn or flour tortillas
oil
- If you don't like spicy flavors use 1 chipotle : )
You can also top your tacos with lettuce, finely chopped white onions, cilantro, and sour cream.

Hello I just want to say that I am so glad that I can find so many of your recipes on your CZcams channels and videos Stephanie I thank you and your sister Cloud for taking the time to show me exactly how to make so many Mexican food recipes, because I grew up in Mexico and when we went to town or to a city then quite often we would eat at a restaurant and I enjoy eating Mexican food. The first few years after we moved away from Mexico I missed eating Mexican food but now that I can find all the delicious recipes on CZcams I can make it myself and I love it so thank you very much and I wish you all the best. 😊

Try the instant pot Duo no sealing it automatically does it for you and it will release or you can always push down for a quick release as well
