We love living in Cumming. Great government services. Tough zoning which keeps a lot of 💩 housing out. High quality of life. Close to the North Fulton communities of John’s Creek, Roswell and Alpharetta which are routinely ranked as the best places to live in Georgia. Highly educated and affluent neighbors which I like.

Apartment complexes? Tiny home zoning?

There are several apartment complexes in Cumming.
I’m not aware of any zoning specific to tiny homes in Forsyth County. Here’s a link to the zoning code for reference:
