- So you're thinking about moving to Cumming Georgia, but want to know what it's like living in Cumming Georgia before you commit. In this video we take you on a tour of Cumming Georgia, starting at one of my favorite spots, Vickery Village. Located about 30 minutes north of Atlanta Georgia. It's one of the fastest growing and best Atlanta suburbs.
On the tour, we'll showcase some of the Cumming Georgia real estate. After starting at Vickery Village, we'll stop by a few other major developments around Cumming. Like Halcyon, a mixed use development, which officially has an Alpharetta Georgia address, despite not being located in the Alpharetta city limits or even sharing the same county. Halcyon is actually in south Forsyth county. It has lots of shops, restaurants, breweries, retail and residential homes.
Then we'll pop by The Collection at Forsyth, which is a bit older so it's much more developed and mature. No residents in The Collection, so it's all business, but you'll find something for everyone. From offices, chiropractors, salons, grocery stores, shops, retail, restaurants, a movie theatre and everything in between.
Lastly I'll circle back to my favorite cafe in Vickery Village, Nido Cafe for a pumpkin spice latte and a real estate market report. So you can stay up to date on the Atlanta Georgia real estate market and specifically Cumming Georgia real estate.
If you're relocating to Georgia, you should definitely consider Cumming as it is no doubt, one of the best places to live in Georgia.

Beautiful video ! I currently live in Tampa, FL but planning to move to north Georgia in the next few months. Can't decide between Dawsonville or Cumming but after your video, I think you may have me sold on Cumming.

@LIVING IN ATLANTA GEORGIA Ah nice ! St Pete Beach is nice. Clearwater is my favorite. I've only visited Dahlonega and love it but it's such a small town which means minimal work and rent opportunities. So then I was planning to live somewhere along long branch road so I have access to all of the business on the road but then I found your video and saw that cumming has everything there. I just don't want to be too close to Atlanta and the traffic. That's why I'm leaving Tampa. The people the traffic the heat.
@@bryan_demarest totally makes sense. I'd say you're definitely going to have a better balance of job / career / economic opportunity in Cumming, but Dahlonega is a beautiful area. Traffic in Cumming is really isolated to rush hour and mostly up and down Hwy 400 or maybe local roads around busy intersections and / or schools. 90% of the time it's no big deal. Forsyth is and has been one of the fastest growing counties in the country, which we talk about in an upcoming video we're releasing later this week so stay tuned.
