Great video, appreciate how different it is when camping with the little ones, definitely makes me more "alert". But I don't think I have found any camp as rewarding as the ones I do with my boy, I agree it is definitely not much more difficult and the experience is soooo much different. It's just very warming when you see someone so close enjoying the same thing you do. Thank you for sharing.
little tip check the line of seaweed how far it goes in case you get caught with spring tide ask locals who know the area .best to ask anglers who fishes the beach
It’s my local beach so I know it really well the tide only comes in to a certain point. But once it’s dark and your in the tent all those years of knowledge and I still checked a million times 😂

Have camped in an estuary when at school. Never thought about the tide, just had a great time. Have just returned to camping in the last few months and would love to take the grandson along. You and your family stay safe atb 👍🦊
Excellent video, something I’ve never thought of doing. May have to visit that beech this year, first though I must have a scout about closer to home for something along the Fylde coast. Camping with the little one is fantastic, their mind slows down and starts to tune into the environment + you can’t beat the fresh air 👍🏻

hi. we go camping round there during the summer months . reighton sands is a good spot too . as you go down to beach from reighton sands, you walk towards bempton until the beach ends. when the tide comes in your cut off and basically have the whole place to yourself . going to do a kayak camp there in a few months . set off from scarborough or cayton and paddle to reighton
