Never feel ashamed to have something like pizza at an expensive buffet, just eat half a slice. I don't normally promote waste but it's your vacation/holiday and some wasted pizza or such is not the end of the world. I often get that feeling, damn...I wish I could try more! Thank you for the video!

Never forget that the quality of food at a buffet isn’t only reliant on the abilities of the chefs and cooks; it’s also the quality and availability of the items used. Just because buffets are opening up doesn’t necessarily mean the suppliers are back to their pre-pandemic levels
All that being said, Wynn properties have always been noted for the quality of their food. Just lacking a bit of imagination in the naming. Wynn started the Mirage. The buffet was called The Buffet. He started Bellagio, their buffet is also The Buffet. Now Wynn resort…

A buffet never can have the quality of a good restaurant. But the variety of the all you can eat factor for some good items is the Vegas Buffet experience. Once in awhile you can find a good item and kill yourself eating 10 rounds of it. You just gotta know what you want.

I ate lunch here this past Monday the 26th at noon with a reservation. It appears that all a reservation gets you is the right to enter the line and wait another 20 minutes to be seated.
No oysters on the half shell this day either. Some dishes I did like a lot were the ceviche and the paella. I had one slice of the truffle-mushroom pizza, and it was really good.
For future visits, I'd choose the Wicked Spoon over this for brunch. I went to Bacchanalia on Tuesday for dinner, and while it's larger than either of the other two, I'm not sure it's worth the price difference. At least at Caesars I didn't have to wait to be seated.

For two people , dinner , basic drinks , tax , tip it’s going to be around $200. That’s too much money , and you don’t need to spend that much or eat that much. That’s why so many people or obese in the USA , too much food , portions too big , a constant excess. A good value Buffett is one that has a good selection, of good quality items for about $40 per person. So around $100-110 all in for two.

At over 6.2 ft and 300 lbs I can assure you I’m not into health shows ; but I’m into value for money .$200 for a buffet dinner for two is not it for me . Call me “tight “ but that’s just my personal opinion ; it does not detract from its quality which is definitely there .If they included a free flow of beer on tap , house wine and soft drinks then yes, it would be a good offering .

Some still have the same prices. But most places raised prices.... Del Taco still has the cheap tacos, but prices went up on other items. But not counting fast food, prices went up almost everywhere. But I agree with you. I would rather put my $80 towards a steakhouse rather than a buffet. Unless they bring back a lobster buffet.

@Bob Jones I've been to every single buffet on the strip multiple times and my last stay at the Wynn included two comp buffets per day for the package we booked right at the end of 2019. We tried their brunch and dinner buffets over three days and the quality then wasn't anything special at close to $50 back then. The food and selection has gone downhill dramatically over the years. That bullseye rare center of the prime rib is a perfect example of poor roasting technique. You're better off at Baccahnal for a few extra bucks. Overrated buffet imo nowadays
