OC: When I was a kid, I had two paint pens, light blue and grey. For a few years, everything I owned were those two colors. Bike totally gave me flashbacks.
So happy to see this build back. It's been a while since I've watched WBRG and then I randomly watched all of the previous episodes for this bike over the last week or two. The street fighter build didn't tickle my fancy for whatever reason, but a race bike build is right up my alley. I'm here for it. OC -> I like the blue, but I would have personally went blue only on the subframe and then the dark green or even a matte OEM style black on the swing arm and the bottom of the forks. I just imagine it would draw a nice vibrant line through the center of the bike. All blue does look sick too though.
OC: color looks sick! All of this seasons colors are legit! Can’t wait to see the bike finally assembled
OC love the colour..reminds me of the "NSR" era, there was a color scheme where wheels and frame were bright cyan, the rest of the bike was white..nice

OC erm… slightly over kill on how many components have been sneezed on. The swingarm and fork bottoms definitely didn’t need doing. Curious to see the finished article.

But (i usually detest neon yellow), but neon yellow accent lines on the fairings could look good to this.

Seeing as I ride an 11 cbr 600 every day it's interesting to see it tore down this far. Makes me almost want to do it to mine lol
Just a detail but the rear axle was put in from the wrong side. The nut should be at the right side of the bike.
The grey and blue on the wheels look sick
oc: if its too much or too less blue depends on how the rest looks like. but it looks good sofar, could have made the shock spring grey like the wheels. But black also matches the forks.
What blue is that tho, looks abit like Porsche's Meissen Blue

For now, too much blue, but I think it will be perfect with the motor, tank and fairings.
Kind of hoping the paint scheme doesn't go as colorized as your shirt says, but I dont have to ride it🤣. To each their own.

VAG nardo grey is what it looks like to me. Not a great color as a whole, but a nice secondary. Especially on a part which will get super dirty quick.
