Every single song in the charts:
Male singer: Simping for some woman
Female singer: I don't need no man
There is an assault on beauty and innocence these days. That's what evil does.

Metal and all its sub-genres have extremely deep lyrics. Stop listening to mainstream trash and you’ll have infinite gems.
Swim to the moon Brother
If you haven’t already heard of them, check out The Warning. 24, 22, and 19, they’ve been around for going on 11 years soon, and they kick some serious ass!
Their second album QOTMS, is a concept album (fantastic!), and they’ve got a new album coming out at the end of June.
To much gate keeping in all of today’s sub genres.

CIA controlled most music in the late 60s and 70s. Have you not heard of Laurel canyon? Look into it
I recommend the 18th studio album by Sawyer Brown
Explore those oldies, because there are TONS of good songs that never see air time any more.
Even some of the most superficial corporate pop songs from the 90's and even early 00's sound like high art compared to anything nowadays. Like the boy bands for instance, at least those songs had heart even though though it was all about $$$.
Shoutout all the ppl who have always been true to themselves and listened to things they find to be interesting, instead of whatever makes them popular. Yall the real MVP.
Tom McDonald is good though
This is why I collect old music and why people only really listen to old music
People don't only listen to old music. You do and that's fine. But we wouldn't have "popular" music if nobody listened to it currently.
Yep, ppl only listen to old music, that's why Taylor doesn't sell out huge venues.....
Look, Zeppelin is my favorite band and nobody imo comes close, but I have this thing called intelligence that allows me to understand other ppl like different music and it's a complete waste of my time to tell them otherwise
But hey, you watch Tim pool, so no surprise here
😂 i dont know what you are smoking but there are alot more music than talyor swift. Just because you dont know anyone new doesnt mean people dont listen to music. I just heard Loren Allred and Uematsu song No promises to Keep. It is a great song with her vocal. Stop being stuck in the past.
@@AmiliaCaraMiawe probably would given how much they spend. It's a far cry from the general way the labels were in the 50's through around the 90's when they moved most if not all the studios to California. They used to not care who you were as long as you made them money, and were fine giving new people a chance because they knew the big names on the label would make up for the loss, and if you didn't work hard enough, they'd let you go, and maybe in a couple of years, you could try another label. Today, they will surge money and extra writers behind the songs they want to be popular, which is not hard since their rich friends bought all the private radio stations and work in Silicon valley. to be clear, I'm pretty eclectic when it comes to music overall. I don't have animosity towards Hollywood artists personally, but I know how they work.
@@brucey5585 You do realize a majority of radio stations play only old music right? You and your little friends claim I’m stuck in the past when in reality you lot are so caught in your own bubbles you refuse to look out. I’ve heard modern music, it sucks hard and lacks soul.

Just like having tattoos has lost their meaning. You used to have to earn that tattoo. Now, anyone with $100 and skin can get a tattoo.
Tattoos were pagan and tribal in origin and had meaning behind them, whether one agreed with those or not. Western culture adopting it was more a sign of demonstrating the rebellion against tradition, so of course it would get to a point it was oversaturated. The mob funded the Hollywood and the entertainment industry and then central intelligence joined. Metal is the only genre that hasn't been fully tainted.
"They" can do what they want and no consequences. Look at Diddy. They have card blanc, and DeNiro is probably the other half of Sean.
Untrue as you forget all the angles. There is the secular side to things and the occult. Metal has been steeped in the occult and not just the other. The music industry and artists are primarily left-leaning, so that factors in if not bleeds in and why so many are now Progressive or forced to follow the narrative. It really is become those that are self-made or aren't under some major label are genuine because they haven't been bought out, sold out. Metal and rock are not mainstream because of the cultural shift and more can be done with pop and hip-hop/rap through algorithm beats than in rock music. Better control medium and can be catchy. That doesn't mean the other wasn't co-opted, it would have to be by those running studios tor prevent any real message getting through other than what's approved, standard and harmless or promotes.
Post modernists are trying to destroy metal music from the inside out. Gatekeep your hobbies, gatekeep the music and entertainment you love. Don't let commies bastardize and fuck it up for everyone.

Ugliness is the new norm in America and one way of bringing down a society is killing its art, the pop culture. Music is dead in this day and age and that’s not a coincidence.

G'mork: Foolish boy. Don't you know anything about Fantasia? It's the world of human fantasy. Every part, every creature of it, is a piece of the dreams and hopes of mankind. Therefore, it has no boundaries.

G'mork: Because people have begun to lose their hopes and forget their dreams. So the Nothing grows stronger.

One reason why I’ve always gravitated towards alternative music… it’s got its roots in the underground and what’s bubbling up from the heart of society.
And these styles of music don’t assume you’re too dumb to appreciate them, the music just is what it is… and if you like it, you like it. If you don’t, you don’t… and that’s ok.
It’s not afraid to be challenging or thought-provoking… and in doing so, it respects the intelligence of the listener.
Stop listening to the radio. That's your fault.
I agree with you but I don't think that's the point they are making. They are talking about society in general and therefore music for the masses, ie what's on the radio. It's sad that if people want to listen to good music they need to go out on their own to find it. Same thing for morals, how to eat right, how to learn true history etc.. you need to go out on your own to find it. The system needs to be destroyed and rebuilt with true American values.

Though the movie adaptation is good, it doesn't convey the information as well as the book. If you read the book, the movie makes a lot more sense. The movie works a lot of the themes of the book in through subtle symbolism that is easier to see if you have read the book.
