A lot of people are talking trash about the AFLW being in the top 10. Honestly, I am very dissapointed. The women's game is only in its third season, so obviously the level of play won't be of the highest quality. Secondly, 53,000 is a humongous number showing the amount of people that back women playing this sport. If you don't have anything good to say, keep your mouths shut.

For me (and I just left a comment expressing similiar) it's not about people being annoyed that women are in the highlights. If it were up to me, the women's games should get their own top 10 highlights video the same as the men's. It's annoying because it the AFL is shoehorning the women into a video where everyone clicked expecting to watch men's highlights and the attempt just comes across as a desperate plea for acceptance. Give them their own video and let them stand on their own two feet - that's gender equality, not this stupid pandering.

Bruce mark was better than de goey but kicking the goal from 45 metres out on the boundary line is what made it so good. I don't know anyone else in the competition who could do that

Watch for an extra 5 seconds and you will see him snap a goal 45 metres out on the boundary. Thats why its number 1.

If you want to highlight moments from the women's league I'm sure +90% (myself included) are all for that, but ffs, don't mix them in with the regular league. Make a separate video just for them and give them a whole 10 on their own; shoehorning them into the mens highlights just seems desperate.
I wouldn't be for it, but yes, completely disassociate it from A.F.L.. It's virtue-signalling & political-correctness to a diseased level.
