    Hey Julia, the recipes look all delicious and it’s really a change from the classic stuff we see on the internet ! For the setup, I would personally prefer to have some kind of napkin or sheet or anything covering the entire table, I think it could look better ! 🥰

    I have always had the same issue with oats...recently I have started adding in the pulp from when I juice veggies to smoothies and also oats because the fiber has made a huge difference in how I digest it! So you could grate some carrots in there or add cauliflower rice or even psyllium husk to help curb your blood sugar. 😊 I just blend it on high speed in the vitamix with the water I use for the oats.

    Such wholesome recipes! I always love making quinoa porridge for breakfast; I recommend if you have a really tasty protein powder (ex. Vanilla or chocolate) adding it in makes the texture extra puddingy!! I love me some chocolate quinoa pudding 🥰

    Thanks Julia. I might just add that some people are sensitive to quinoa, or the saponins in quinoa. I am and it causes a number of side effects, with my stomach and with my skin. Soaking it before cooking is supposed to help.

      100% agree with you!! I always recommend rinsing it first. I just don’t have a fine strainer in my apartment!

      I recommend rinsing the quinoa first by putting it in a fine mesh strainer and running it under cool water for a minute or so! It’ll help take the bitterness away. I just don’t have a fine strainer in my apartment 🥲
