    Have you ever been to Rome?

    Oh yes, it does, every step you take is beautiful. We had the hotel near the colloseum and when we would return at night, coloseum and Roman forum would be lit up, our walks back to our hotel were magical..Trevi fountain though crowded is still breathtaking..😊😊😊

    The way the presenter pronounces “trastevere” is like she’s coughing something up.

    At this rate Rome will have to ask for entry tickets the way Venice does...

    Rome is fine, but I am a nature person and prefer a beach/spa island like Ischia off the coast of Napoli

    Yes, a lot if European cities are romantic! Rome, Paris, Lisbon, Berlin, Warsaw, Moscow, London, Prague, Tallinn, Stockholm, etc🇪🇺👍🏻🇨🇭

      Lisbon is the only city there that remotely interests me. You missed the best European city which is Budapest! Also, Spain exists (best country in Europe followed by Greece and Hungary).
      Warsaw/Berlin, romantic...lol, get outta here

      Yes, absolutely I would agree that Stockholm is romantic. I think London is as well. I have not been to Prague (yet), but I believe it would rival any of the most romantic places in Europe.

    Honestly, Rome, Florence and Venice are overrun. If you must go then go in the early sping or late fall.
    Never go in the summer, especially August.
    Some other cities to consider.
    Perugia, Lecce, Turin and the rest of Lazio.
    If you can slow down. Pick a Region and stay awhile.
    Sicily is facing a major water crisis so you really should avoid Sicily.

    before showing every other country, show your country first - what is the reality of transport problems?

  • @summerwest3099
    @summerwest3099 Před 2 měsíci +3

    Umm... no. Heidelberg is romantic. Strasbourg is romantic. Rome is a hideously nauseating place that feels like the opposite of anything resembling romantic. The Trevi Fountain is lovely, but to enjoy it, you have to be able to get within 10 metres of it without being overwhelmed by thousands of smelly, loud, irritating tourists. And that is not going to happen at any time of the day or night unless the weather is appalling. Not romantic...
