      Well yes, I have a critical question but let start off by saying I did really like the video 😊 you approached this smartly with some healthy reservation, which I really appreciate.
      As for the question, I have a math problem. We normally say fat contains 9 calories per gram (proteins and carbs 4) so losing 4kg is equal to eating 36000 calories less then normal.
      I assume you don't normally eat 12000 calories a day, so some of that weight loss needs to be accounted for differently. Which it can. When your body stores carbs it uses water to do so but since you haven't been eating carbs at all obviously you have been storing less water as well.
      So taking that into consideration, how much of the weight loss do you think is actually from losing fat and how much through other means? You live an active life so I can easily see you eat 3000 on a normal day without gaining weight, but not much more then that.

    Hi Anna! I'm glad (hope) everything is alright, since you haven't been posting lately. I already intermittently fast around 14-16 hours everyday, but this fasting for several days seems like it could be beneficial. I might give it a try. Thanks for the idea.

    With preparation, it's possible, but without it, it's dangerous. So you did everything perfectly. Thank you so much for this experience!❣

      As long as you drink plenty of water, and isn't malnourished to begin with, there is absolutely nothing dangerous with 3 days without food. You don't need supplements or a doctor or anything. But the weight loss is mostly an illusion as it's just lost water weight. With no food, no salt or fat, the body binds up less moisture, and you pee more. Once you eat again that water comes back.
      Fasting has its benefits, but fast weight loss is really not one of them.

      No, it was my first ever prolonged fast 🙂
      I do 16/8 and 20/4 intermittent fasting sometimes though 😉

    Yes, but you took vitamins not only water; never stress enough how important they are to those who are watching this video.
    I guess vitamin supplements were those that allow you to get that long walking under the sun without feeling too much tired or exhausted.
    Fasting is healthy if done regularly but it doesn't need to be that long, I guess.

      Always consult the doctor first before trying this out! I watched tones of videos and still was ready to quite it right away if I don’t feel well 🙂
      It’s a test not a self - challenge 🤗so please be mindful!
