Mcdonalds
Wendys
Burger King
Carls Jr.
Five Guys
White Castle
I don't eat carls Jr that often but like Jeff, would nail it out of elimination of the others. I have never had In and Out or Jack in the Box or Whataburger so if you added any of those it would get harder but I would still have a good chance, unless you added all 3 then I would probably miss a few.

My input id add on the meat debate is if someone asked you about ribs, your qualifier needs to be "beef" if they are anything but pork ribs which are natural.

If I go to someone's house for meatloaf or meatballs they can make them out of anything that they don't have reason to believe I would be ethically or religiously opposed to without warning me. If I go to a restaurant and they offer meatloaf, meatballs or hamburgers I expect them to tell me if there is any meat other then beef in them.
