90's were special, there's no doubt about it!
Damn where did the time go..I miss watching this intro back when i was a kid..the 90's was one hell of an era!!
90s were the best times.
The 90s was the best.
Time goes by so fast.
We've descended into a nightmare.
The best. Bring back so many memories 😊
guitarist rocks!
I Used to watch this with my mum after 90210 every Saturday night, what 2 great iconic shows that I will remember as being part of my teenage life in the brilliant 1990's.
Just love the intro of Melrose place !! ❤️❤️❤️❤️👍
I actually would watch tv again if it made me feel the way this used to.
tv is a wasteland because of the internet, illegal downloads, and things like netflix and hulu are absolutely ravaging television. I agree. TV used to be amazing up until about the early 2000s.
MonetaryReformForum I read an article a while ago about how we don't listen to pop music anywhere near as much as we get older, because we can express ourselves emotionally in other ways. Younger people can't, so need pop music. I suspect it's the same with TV. It doesn't make us feel the same as when we were younger because we gain other outlets as we mature.
Patrick Bateman i know right i hardly watch TV it depend on what is on and if i like the show. I mostly watch DVDs, my VHS tapes i recorded shows on back in the 90s. I miss those days when i had about 5 things to watch on TV at once i would record one and flip the channel between commercial break with the other shows.
Theres nothing left but re runs. And news. News is basically the only reason to watch TV anymore.
You feel different t because you are older. Its science.
This show and 90210 were the bomb !!
Feelslike Zoom 90210 is back tomorrow!
This was Wednesday nights and 90210 was Thursday nights for me...memories...I loved both shows
TRUE
Party of Five...
Don't forget Pacífic blue also!
I want to go back. Damn this makes me feel 12 years old again.
over 25 years & the music is still fantastic 😃🙌👏💚
The man who edited this opening is a god. So much style.
The mother was twin peaks.. In this intro, there Is something of Lynch's
Yes, agree 100%!
Thy did such a classic job...basically perfect editing...timeless
God I watched this as a teenager and loved it!.
Nothing is impossible with this show. You'll never know who will hooked up the next episode.
I love Josie Biessett's smile
Me Too
The glory of 90s....the most beautiful persons in one serial , love and miss them^_^
That's lot of 90s.
one of my 90's tv shows especially I had a crush on Daphne Zuniga.. did anyone had a crush on her back then?
She was hot. And she was also hot in "The Sure Thing" years earlier. Around the same time she did the "The Sure Thing" she has a small part in "Vision Quest."
Sounds like a CBC show #shouldbeoncbc
Podings meme
Spaceballs!
Oh shit, there goes the planet.
Yep, she played Princess Vespa.
Love the song
OMG! I miss Melrose Place.
Man I was 3 when this came out and my mom would watch this show, so I remember this, even for a then 3 year old, vividly
Nothing beat the 90210/Melrose Place combination
Yeah back to back shows insane and same universe lmao
i miss 90's
This show is fire
“Oh that Michael, I hate him, he’s just so smug…”
I’m watching it now that’s what made me come here I hadn’t saw the intro in years 😂😂😂😂😂
Jake got on my nerves 😕
i thought i was the only one who came from Seinfeld.
And I ve never watched Melrose Place and I won't do it
it will be stupid to confess that I did🤣
Oh Jerry 😂
@@veroniquecastel9582 oh you 🤣🤣
The series opening was perfect! I mean, the shootings from the magic '90s L.A. and that intro music with the electric guitar melody fit perfectly!
This could be my ultimate all-time favorite TV theme intro ever!! Used to love "Melrose Mondays"
I'm on season 5 rewatching Melrose place on Hulu ☺️
I remember watching this and my mom having Josie hair, lol.
Now that you mention it, so did the mom from “my so called life”! Same haircut.
Grant was the luke Perry of Melrose Place.
The only time I ever saw Dylan get excited was when Jake appeared on 90210.
I miss this show!
Oh Man, this is such a good Opening and its one of my fav shows ... they need to show it on TV again :)
Pure 90's 101%
Best memories❤️
I loved this...Man the old days were awesome ..
The 90's were like the 80's younger sibling
Early 90s
I miss the 90’s... Tuesday nights are a bitch
@@purplelove010 The early 90s was the best part of the 90s.
Early 90s were a slightly more yuppie 80s
@@charthers8903 yes, but very slightly
CLASSIC THEME...AWESOME SHOW...30 years later!!! #2022
Am I the only one that wanted to live in Melrose Place thanks to the show?
There is nothing there. Its cross section of Merlose Ave and Melrose PL. That building is actually in Los Felize just a bit north of Hollywood.
This is so 90s!!!!! Glad I grew up in that era
me too best ever
I have wonderful memories from "Melrose Place". Thank you for getting me back to those golden years.
I had just gotten discharged from the USMC. facing new challenges of school and work but relaxed whrn watching Melrose Place
Dang I watched this every week
Ah... the non Covid days 😌
The 90's was the beginning of the end of television as we know it.
😣
Wow!... I remember hearing good music in this show...artists such as Sting, Sarah McLachlan, Tom Petty & the Heartbreakers, Sinéad O'Connor, R.E.M., Rolling Stones, Scorpions, Annie Lennox, Boy George, U2, Martha Wash, James, Whitney Houston, The Police, Foreigner, M People, Frente, Sam Philips, Aimee Mann, etc, etc.....
The golden age of television 😁
Daphne was my favourite, especially at night..
Daphne was fucking fine. Seeing how serious she was in this and remembering she was funny in Spaceballs kinda made my head spin when I first realized it was the same person.
Lol I loved this show back in the day. This and Northern Exposure were my favorites.
Wednesday On FOX with Beverly Hills 90210, and Melrose Place of Fall Season of 1992-93.
in germany both saturday
I love this show it was great!👍
On This Day 26 Years Ago, MELROSE PLACE Premiered on Fox
Back then, I watched it sometimes. It was a good show
The good days!
I miss this show. So damn good.
My favorite series from the 90s !!!
Quiero que vuelvan a pasarla por tv
this was before they started trying to kill each other, cheat on one another, poison on another and just be cruel to each other.
The original premise of the show was best in my opinion. But the show was more dramatic than 90210 and the ratings were lagging. So they brought in Heather Lockleer as both the new boss at D&D Advertising, where Allison was the receptionist and somehow also as the new owner of Melrose Place. That despite the Mancinies being resident managers.
You just knew watching season 1 that an affair between medical residents Michael Mancini and Kimberly Shaw was inevitable. And when Dr. Shaw survives Michael's drunken driving crash with the many stiches in her head, you just knew there was major brain damage.
That is the reality of soap operas!!! Drama that carries over into the next episode and it doesn't end until they cancel the show. And who knows? The drama probably still continues after the termination.
@@spinner9057 that is what makes soaps so much to watch
um...have you ever actually seen this show, sweetie? LOL
Best TV theme song ever
Newt Smelt Yes, I agree: I used to love it yet in the 2000's!!!!
Let's not go that far.....
The theme song from Miami Vice was better.
that and Falcon crest season 3!
Beverly Hills, 90210 theme is better in my opinion.
Damn....Luke Perry died and now I'm nostalgic for all those awesome 90's shows where young people got together and had sex, fought and did all the fun stuff 90's people did.
I my opinion the years from 1980 till 1998 were the best years ever!!!
( Indiana Jones, Back to the future, Star Wars, Jurassic Park, E T, Forrest Gump, The Terminator, Die Hard, lethal Weapon, Good Fellas, Titanic, Silence of the lambs, Pulp Fiction, Breaveheart, Seven, Gremlins, Top Gun, Friends, 90210, Melrose Place, Seinfeld, Frazier, A-Team tour of duty, married with children, etc etc
100% agree
Yes!! Those were the days 🎶 #EdithBunkervoice.
awww...how much i miss Melrose place, growing up as a child back home in the Fiji in the 90's... so many good memories. Love the theme song, always in my head!! xx
I used to watch this during my college years.
Season one is the best intro!
Ah the grown up version of 90210
FOX had all the cool shows in the 90's I swear. It owned that decade.
90s credits were feature length compared to today's title cards!
I miss the 90s
A chi la ascolta oggi nel 2021 ..... Grande sigla. Grande Merlrose Place. Lo facevano dopo Beverly Hills ! Il giovedì sera ...anni 90... Nostalgia.
Best opening theme of the 90´s!
Watched this every Monday night in high school. She wasn't in season 1 but I had a MAD crush on Laura Leighton.
80's 90's Just best TVShow.
Same with music, totally lost it's way now
Damn man, this is a 90's anthem miss the middle school years....
Wow, they're all so young there
Missing the 90s so much ...
Love This 90s vibe!
I recognized one of those dudes from Desperate Housewives
Love the intro!
Truly a different age!
Best time of my life
Ahhhhh...Melrose, had never seen back then as I watch now in 2019 into season 6. Alot of drama but fun to watch. Ahhhh.....Melrose.
Beverly Hills 90210 is all over TV here in Denmark, but Melrose was on like once, and has never returned. I miss it.
When i was young🤷♀️🥰💖
Oh man that theme.. I was 5 years old when I heard it last time. I couldn't remember the name of the show but the music always stuck with me.
Sometimes it's hard to imagine that I'm 25 and that the third of my life is already beyond me.
Boo HOO
Melrose Place ended when I was 5 too
Hououin Kyouma You pretty much still have your whole life ahead of you. Just enjoy being young while it lasts.
When models dominated the television screens! The 90s.
Loved The show a lot miss it
I remember staying late at work and we’d watch this in the conference room while eating dinner. Fun times.
There was this random guy somewhere in the world who sent an email to whomever wanted it with the funniest recaps of the show. He was the greatest.
There was a use group where everyone would send their opinions and ideas on the show. One of them was to stick a pin in a dead guy. Sure enough Jane jabs a pin into (no spoilers) to make sure he was dead. That was awesome.
Le bon vieux temps !!!!
OMG! I always watched this when i was 8 years old back in the philippines during midnight haha
Use to watch this back to back with 90210.
So much memories ❤️❤️❤️
I’ve been binge watching this on my phone for months now and I’m currently on the last season, season 7. It brings back high school memories
BEST TO THE BEST !!!! EVER !!!
The most 90s thing ever bro
Man I was soooo into this show!!!
It was my guilty pleasure back then and I miss it to this day.
Me and my friend waited all week talking about what the next episode could have been about😞💔
Yeah this show just had the “cool” factor!!!! I had not realized this show almost took over the entire decade; aired from 1992 to 1999. That’s why I loved it so much. For me it spanned from high school to college years.
Pet Shop Boys meets Bon Jovi - love this
Melrose and wrestling in the 90s. Good times.
It's sad that this was a long time ago.
I remember watching this as a teen in 1997.
This feels more 90s than the 90s itself
Mitico Melrosplace , metà degli anni novanta,lo si vedeva in famiglia!
90s...DAMN...🥰😍💯
Where it all began ....
Now, look !!
After watching all the Melrose Place episodes through twice (starting from season 2) I've come to the conclusion that there wasn't a single normal person in that show. Everyone had somekind of a deep psychological issue or were simply pure evil. The only person who came anywhere close to being normal was Jo (Daphne Zuniga).
All these years and I just now realized that Princess Vespa, daughter of Roland, King of the Druids, was on Melrose Place.
LOL! PURE 90'S SWAG! NOSTALGY!
