Hi, I'm from Malaysia. I'm a fan of Sadguru. I just cant spend a day without listening to Sadguru's messages. To see a person's transformation after attending inner engineering from Isha is something which motivating us personally for me. Sometimes I wonder for myself, do i look so spiritually and weird looking when i wore my rudrakhsa all the time. Lots of people here look at me one kind if I wear rudrakhsa. That makes me many times to take off my rudrakhsa with disappointment. Im married women with a child. Some says to me only older person wears rudrakhsa. Not a young women according to some. And so many things running on their mind that makes us feel uneasy such as our personal life. Seeing you, changed my perspective totally. I can see and feel what you trying to convey in your messages about your changing habit when you wear rudrakhsa. I personally felt some extraordinary changes when I wear it too. Now I will wear my rudrakhsa confidently. My only wish and dream is to visit Isha Centre one day and Sadguru whom I adore as a spiritual father to me. 🙏

But u have given amazing information about it
People have created a lot of negative buzz about it
But I believe it is blessing of Mahadev and he doesn’t believe in any negative tings except we love him by our heart
Thanks for clearing the misconceptions about the rudraksh mala

I've had mine now for almost a year. I keep it on always pretty much. If I do take it off it feels strange after getting used to always having it on. It's amazing how great they work. You can look up pictures of them under an x-ray and you can see the electromagnetic field that they put off. It's amazing how they act when you hold them over water and they begin to rotate clockwise. They say if it rotates anti clockwise that you shouldn't drink that water. This is opposite in the southern hemisphere. I'm always amazed at how they do that, because you know that you are holding them completely still and they will start rocking and going around on there own. Thank you for sharing this helpful information. I think I need to re-string mine. Yours looks really nice. 🙏 🙏 🙏

Sadhguru has already cleared the lying part. He said lying is neither good nor bad. The intension behind lie matters. He said, "The ashram is full of people and such a place is a terrorist's paradise. Now suppose a terrorist outside the ashram asks me if there are people inside. What do you want me to say? Lie or the Truth?" Everyone said, "LIE!!". To which he jokingly replied, "Horrible people you are, you want me to lie?"

Good video so I looked on the site it says something like a person should get one that fits them. A single person or yogi are two different examples and a married person is another. How does a person find out which one to get? Does the guru advise them or is there like someone who deals with that specifically? The site said something like that and it mentioned how like when a person dealt with it it’s like their service to humanity. Their gift. Thank you again

The beauty of Isha practices and or wearing a Mala is that anyone from any culture can wear it. Do not mistake a guide for a rule... you can do what you wish, these are often subtle warnings rather than a threat. Or an ideal rather than a rule. A spiritual journey is not religious or religion. Don't get wrapped up in the details, follow the basic guide and the rest melts away. We tend to intellectualize which when it comes to spiritual growth/path is generally not helpful. Yes, respect what you may not know or understand definitely, thats just smart. But don't overthink, do your meditations/yoga practices etc and you will be amazed at the immense benefits. Love to all. Thank you for the video!

Just a few points: you can not wear rudraksha when you take a hot or warm shower even without soup (cold 🚿 without soup is fine). There must always be a bindu to the mala, otherwise the energy becomes cyclical and people who are sensitive may become dizzy. An adult should not wear a mala with less than 84 beads plus the bindu. Any number over that is fine. You can also wear it with silver, copper or gold wire. Beads should not be tightened too close, because if the inside crumbles with the pressure it can crack. Thank you for video.

Bindu is the additional bead ,on top of the # of the mala, so if you make a 108 rudraksha mala, you should add 1 bead for the bindu so the mala will be made with 108+1 ...The additional bead is called the bindu.
There is also a chakra called bindu, in the back of the head from where a lock of hair is left by pandits
