Sir, please read the instructions on the website carefully. We don't wash then will water after soaking them in ghee and milk. Water makes rudraksha brittle. We first cover the rudraksha with vibhuti after soaking them, which creates a protection layer on the rudraksha in order to prevent it from becoming brittle when bathing.

I don't believe you should wear rudraksha when doing yoga or sleeping?
Not sure if you can start wearing rudraksha when doing the banda's at the end of the yoga sequence
